Okay I've downloaded and extracted the client in my World of Warcraft Directory, but I never got prompted to imput my Wowhead Information, and the only thing in the zip file was the self extracting file that doesn't seem to work properly. So I went into regedit and manually put in my information and still nothing. It doesn't even show the file in the addon section of the WoW folder. I'm running Vista, did the file get changed recently or what exactly?

First, you should
Never
mess with the windows registry. One wrong move and you can completely corrupt your windows installation, and require a complete reinstall.
With that said. The file in the ZIP, put that on your desktop. That is the client itself. It does not ask for wowhead information, you have to set that yourself. Go into Tools > Options. That is where you enter your information in.
Make sure the game is closed when opening the Client. You must Exit the game before running the client. Currently, it seems like the Wowhead update server is having an issue. Try again later, it should work then.
And as a future refrence, this type of topic should always go under

. For information about that, please see the stickey:

The zip file SHOULD contain a simple .exe which does all the work for you. If that's not what's happening, it sounds like the download got corrupted, and I'd try downloading it again.

Are you running the program as an administrator?
