Macro for "Horn of Winter" and "Icy Touch"

Is there a Macro i can use that will cast both
Horn of Winter
and
Icy Touch
?
What I am assuming is a cast sequence like this.
Icy Touch - Horn of Winter - Icy Touch
the current macro i have is
#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=3/combat/target Icy Touch, Icy Touch, Horn of Winter; Horn of Winter
I like this macro, but for one problem. Horn of Winter doesn't cast until the end, which is 3 key presses. Can i get it to somehow cast every time when the CD is up?

Why do you want it? HoW is just so long of a cooldown, it won't be ready for next rotation.
Use separate key for it, then you'll be able to cast it each time you don't have anything better to cast. (Casting it every time it's up is a waste of GCD)

Problem with using a separate key is that I tend to forget to use it. This is my first DK, and my first DPS. i used a Prot Warrior for 5 years.
I realize its a 2 min buff that has a CD. What i want is a macro that will cast Horn of Winter when the CD has ended, to assure the buff stays up. If the CD has not ended, it should skip and continue the rotation.. Since i use Icy Touch like a kid eats kandi, i see it best to attach it to a macro of Icy Touch.
Since Horn of Winter is the only Buff i have, i find it very helpful when soloing and in parties. And as you can see, if you look at my character, that I do a lot of Soloing..

Get power auras to remind you.

There's no macro that will automatically cast the buff. Considering it'd be possible with other spells, that'd be CHEATING!
I know, but your miss the point. I obvioulsy can not get it to cast automatically, i need to push the button. What im asking is in the time of button mashing, i want it to cast. Is that not the reason for /castsequence ?
Learn your class. You managed to keep up Commanding Shout for 5 years, HoW is the same
You shouldn't be. Icy Touch is used only to refresh Frost Fever. If your next Frost rune is going to refresh before FF drops off, you should be spending it on Annihilation.
I am learning the class, obviously. The Shout on a warrior was up to 3.5 min, and i had time to get to it. It seems HoW fades much faster, therefor i need a macro to help keep it up.
Annihilation is a Talent, not a spell. You might be speaking of Obliterate, which is already on my rotation.
In any case, i asked for a Macro, not a lecture.
"I like this macro, but for one problem. Horn of Winter doesn't cast until the end, which is 3 key presses. Can i get it to somehow cast every time when the CD is up?"
Why is it anyone's problem how I learn or work my character; It was a question that requires an answer, not a lecture about why i want it.
I will look into this
Power Aura
stuff, but i normally dont use Addons. Well other than Gatherer, Auctioneer, Omen and Wowhead_Looter. Those are the only ones i have. Hell, even Gatherers HUD and majority of Auctioneer is disabled.

To answer your initial question: no, you can't.
Macros cannot track cooldowns and HoW is on the GCD, meaning that whenever your macro reaches an instruction to cast HoW it comes to a screeching halt.

I wasn't aware of a glyph, thank you. I think i looked for one before, but only in the AH, forgot my Warrior had a "
glyph of battle
" for Shout. Happens since i don't look at my Glyphs all the time, hardly ever after i fill it up.
Sorry for being so defensive. I get very pist when people say i should do something one way, when it works best for me another. Its all opinions on how to play and what does what. Some people use Two handed weapons, some duel wield one hand weapons. Its all a matter of preference and personal taste.
I am one of those people that needs a Yes or No answer, and an explanation.

It's a different story when people are telling you the correct way to do things. There's no opinion in the statement "X is more DPS than Y". there's math to back it up. There's also no opinion in advising you to drop the DW talents if you're going to do 2H DPS. It's a waste of points on your behalf that could be put towards better DPS.
Being defensive when you get correct answers is not the proper way to handle getting advice. Calm down and ask questions if you have them. Don't lash out: it's counter-productive (and slightly asinine) to come to these forums and ask for advice, then lash out at anyone who responds.

Place it in the
exact
same place as you put your Warrior's favorite shout. Whatever shout you use most, make it so that you do the exact same thing to cast HoW. That should make it easier on you.
And it's great that you plan to get the glyph =)
Then just cast it after every pull, just as you do with your shouts. I prefer pre-pull for HoW, but the 10 runic isn't really going to make or break you, so it doesn't hurt to use HoW post-pull.
This is a good start to getting you in the habit of hitting it, since it is not feasable to macro it.

O_o
Did i ask for your complaint? No! My question has been answered, and your opinion is not required. There is no right and wrong way to play a character. There is only what feels comfortable and correct to the user. Some people PvP, while i only PvE. Some say you must Raid, while I prefer 5-mans.
For an Example. I have used the Warrior for 5 years. In that period of time i have played 10 BattleGrounds, Won 5. I have Duled 18 times, won 15, lost 3. Had 319 Honorable Kills.
You can not just tell someone to drive a Ford F350 just because it is factually bigger, has more horsepower and is someones opinion as being Correct. Some people just prefer to have that small Toyota that goes faster and may take longer but still gets the job done. So your complaint is
Rejected

^_^
Its already in the same spot. I have already gone through my Glyphs, and replaced 3 of the 4 available. Heck, i even had Corpse Explosion for some reason, tho i do not have that ability. As i said, i tend for forget about the glyphs. I'm still getting use-to the Runes and RunePowers, going from Rage. Its kinda confusing because my Warrior always had an abundance of Rage during long heated battles, where as a DK seems to run out quite quickly.
