I'm going to be brutally honest here: your build is garbage.
Let a Frost DK or Enhancement Shaman cover the Imp Icy Talons. It's a waste of your points and not optimal in the slightest.
You don't use Obliterate as Blood so half of Annihilation is worthless. One point in it is even more of a joke.
Black Ice? Really? All it increases for Blood is basically Death Coil and disease damage. Those are the least of your concerns as Blood. Blood is about strike damage. Lots and lots of strikes. Worry less about the Death Coils.
Endless Winter is mandatory for Frost DPS. You won't even use half of it much in raids (more a PvP side-benefit). However,
Ravenous Dead in Unholy is much stronger. It's passive Strength and a bonus to your Ghoul's damage, increasing your DPS.
Go with
51/0/20.
Here, you are gaining several things:
-- 3% spell hit so Icy Touch and DC don't miss as often,
-- longer diseases (mandatory for Glyph of Disease to be optimal),
-- 10% Death Coil damage and 10 seconds off of DnD's CD, an AoE increase,
-- 3% Str and a stronger Ghoul,
-- essentially a 20% white melee increase from Necrosis that passively benefits from Armor Pen, and finally,
-- Blood-Caked Blade is an automatic strike worth 3-3.5% damage to you.
All of these things are direct damage increases that you will benefit from completely. The only talent you are missing out on anything from is half of Virulence. Compare that to your Frost spec.
