Specifically I believe Lichbloom will become even more expensive. I'm cheap and will pay 40-50g a stack on my server when there's some available. I've seen stacks going for 100g or more and I'm pretty sure people still buy them because I check the AH 2x a day and they disappear before getting to the 12h mark.
However, Frost Lotus prices are not going to drop that much. Yes, for the first couple weeks or so people will trade in a ton of Frozen Orbs and there will probably be some cheap Frost Lotus and Eternal Fires. This will be the time to buy. But then the Orbs will dry up, farming the raw mats will be the easiest way to get them again, and the price will go back up.
In the end all the Frozen Orb vendor will do is increase the price of Frozen Orbs.
