My opinion is that you should number crunch.

It's not TBC anymore, using 2x Goose is outdated, really outdated. Now you use Zerker on mh in pvp and TWC on oh, you dont want to be caught by dismantle or disarm for 10 sec, really.

kinda wrong.
pvp part is true, but in PvE has been demonstrated a thousand times that with high end gear and more haste you have mongoose will catch up to zerk.
zerk is always a good choice, but mongoose is not forgotten.

I don't do arena, but in world pvp I have NEVER been hit with disarm or dismantle. Not one time! I have done well over a hundred AV's, and dozens of all the others BG's, and never once have I had my weapon taken from me. I say if you think this will be your weapon setup for a while, go double zerk. If you think you may be getting an upgrade soon, and money is any issue, put mongoose on the one you plan on upgrading. The first weapon I put berserk on was used for a total of 1/2 day. I got an upgrade about 2 playing hours after the enchant.

I would like to see evidence of this claim that mongoose will catch up to beserking with high end gear. To my knowledge high end geared players usually run into crit cap problems especially in ICC gear, and have to gem hit leaving agility to become a less desired stat.
it's written on EJ forums, sorry but i don't have a link right now.
also, you are correct about crit cap mechanichs (for which i said "catches up" instead of "is on par" or "is superior"), but if you are gemming agility you're doin it wrong.

Great point, mongoose is typically much cheaper also.
Not true. Scrolls of goose are currently selling for 800-900 while zerker scroll are 600-700 on my server. They have been like this for the past few weeks. I track this all the time as I am a chanter.

Depends which sheet you use as well. I know I've had iDPS suggest Mongoose. I see Ald's sheet recommend it from time to time, but actually switching to it tends to change the inflection point enough that 'zerk is still better. But it means it's close enough that having it actually swap is within the realm of possibility.
