After watching the two linked videos (and without the other videos available) I'm assuming he's totally leading people on. At least about farming Vrykul Bones leading to someway to make the money he currently has. It may just be a little prank, since he's doing them in parts, and getting people started on this fake menthod, wasting their time farming bones, and then coming out with another video about collecting another unrelated item, but hints how it will all come together in the end. But then, in the end, he laughs about how everyone wasted their time doing his method because it was a joke.
