I would probably recommend nuking the pally healer down first, since its the big direct heals that will lengthen the fight the most. Simply dispelling the druid's HoTs will cut 90% of its healing, so can be dealt with later.
^^ This. Every time I've done faction champs, everyone always wants to deal with the druid first. This is a terrible idea as long as you have someone to purge/dispel the HoTs off the current target.
Things you want/need to deal with faction champs:
1) A mortal strike debuff. Heals will be getting through somewhere. You want to minimize this as much as possible. Arms warriors, rogues, and hunters (specced into Aimed Shot) are all capable of providing this.
2) Some form of lockdown for the hard hitting melee DPS. The most dangerous enemies are (in order) enh shaman, warrior, rogue, paladin, death knight. A death knight who is competent at taunting and using Chains of Ice is wonderful for this. (I say enh shaman before anything else because of the totems it drops)
3) Ideally, at least one shaman. Put the shaman in the same group as your healers, and make sure they have tremor totem down at all times. If you have multiple shamans, split them into different groups (tremor is party-only). Furthermore, the shaman gives you bloodlust, which helps you burn through the first healer.
For your setup, I would have set the kill order as follows: Paladin, Enh shaman, warrior/DK, hunter, shadow priest, druid. Make sure your offensive shaman is purging any time there are hots on the current kill target. Get your tank to lock down the warrior as much as possible. As soon as the paladin bubbles himself, dispel it off (or shattering throw). People should be in PvE gear and ideally PvE specs, but should keep in mind all of their various CC abilities. Priests, warriors, and locks with fears, druids with cyclone, locks with banish, various people with stuns, etc etc. If you've got an opportunity to use one of these CCs, do it.
