1) Look up loot lists for every normal instance (apart from ToC & ICC5) on Wowhead.
2) Queue up for all instances where you can get useful gear, ignore others (if any yet)
3) Keep queueing each instance until you got all gear from it, then uncheck it and proceed with the others
4) When you get 80, enjoy some nice blues. You can start healing ToC5 normal & all non-ICC instances on heroic at that very moment.
P.S. Get a proper PvE spec (your explanation made me think you've only got a PvP healing spec), and don't forget gems and enchants too. Cheap ones do perfectly well at this point of the gearing process. Having none is an affront to your groupmates.

If you have any heirloom items, switch them out ASAP, since they count as ilvl 1 > less heroics you may que for :)
and apart from that, what chiv said.
if you happen to have a $%^&tload of money, maybe even consider buying BoEs.
If you have any friends who play with you and have better gear/can be bothered with helping you gear; ask if they can bring your priest to ToC and ICCdungeons (you cant que for them trough random, but you can enter trough the regular entrance) its not like you need anything but blues to heal ToC or iccdungeons normal (not even before 80)

If you have a tailor character, get the full Frostsavage set, or see if you can get it for cheap if you know a tailor. While it has Resilience on every piece and is generally intended for PvP, it's actually pretty decent for a fresh 80 Disc Priest and the Resilience means it will also work for you if you enjoy PvP. The entire set requires level 78, so you could get it right now. Anyhow, that's all I had when I started Heroics, back in the day when ilvl 200 items were the best you could get from Instances...

Obviously don't get the full set if you happen to already have better pieces in any given slot, the set bonuses aren't really worth much (for PvE, anyways), and you'll still want to run some instances to get off-set pieces like rings, trinkets, etc...
As far as your (Disc) spec is concerned, the difference between a PvE and PvP spec is minimal, I found the biggest difference between both specs often lies in the Glyphs you're using. As a fresh 80, you can run BGs with PvE Glyphs,... you can even go with a PvE spec and do fine, you only really need a PvP Disc spec once you go Arenas or if you're really serious about PvP.
