hey everybody. ive recently been leveling a frost mage for pvp when i hit level 80, im only about level 30 but i plan on leveling fast. this is not only my first mage but my first caster as well (i have a shaman but its melee for both specs) so i just figured id ask some advice on any good builds/arena comps at level 80, i heard mage/rogue was good but that was like 3.1 so idk if its still decent or not. also dose anybody know how easy it is to take down a prot warrior, warlock, or healer as a frost mage? ty in advance for the advice

Check the "Helpful Threads" sticky at the top.
Unless you have a more specific question that that, you can find everything you need there.

Oh, yeah Mage-Rogue is still a viable comp. I run it in 2's (since PMR is my 3's).
Prot warriors aren't that difficult since the nerf, destro locks you should beat, affliction locks definitely have an advantage on us, and all healers are tough, but particularly (in my opinion) Resto Druids and Resto Shammies. I find these classes the most difficult right now when played by geared, skilled players. I say this because I rarely meet geared, skilled Resto Shammies in real world PvP or BG's, but in duels against arena class Shammies (you know, the ones who focus Wind Shear EVERY frostbolt attempt), I find them more difficult to down than Holy Pallies or even Priests.

No worries. A sticky is a general forum term for a thread that's been stuck to the top of the page, so that it won't descend as other threads with more recent posts are yanked to the top of the heap. They are considered to be the threads most dense with useful information that usually also contain answers to basic, frequently asked question and other queries of a general nature.
Oh, and I should mention, my answer pertaining to healers was for duels (or in certain DPS/Healer comps, I suppose, I don't really know). Which healer is toughest to down for us depends on our partner- and sometimes theirs, as well.
