Actually. On the contrary, I believe this action goes under Guild Bank theft. The player may have been a high ranking officer or something.
Guild Bank theft IS reportable and a petition should be sent in to attempt to recover lost money/items.

Guild Bank theft is reportable and the Blizz GMs may investigate.
The guild leader may be partly responsible with the way the GB was set up etc.
I also want you to know that nobody here suspected you of the theft, but you immediately claiming innocence raises questions.
Maybe you didn't do it, and are just paranoid.
Maybe you are posting about yourself, and trying to find out if you will get caught.
