So if you are an MM hunter, aiming for arp. And you got the major steady shot glyph & major serpent sting glyph. Your third major glyph should be killshot or chimera shot. But since you are an MM hunter your auto-shots is like the number one source of dmg. Could it be good to use the glyph of the hawk as your third glyph? I mean instead of killshot or chimera?

doubt anyone here will say that hawk would be used over chimera or kill for third.
Depends on where you get your info...
Elitist Jerks say Chimera while Hunter's Union says Hawk.
Copied from WHU:
"Increasing the haste bonus of the Improved Aspect of the Hawk talent by 6% is a considerable dps gain. Further, if you aren’t haste-capped (and most MM hunters are not) then this glyph will reduce your Steady Shot cast time as well. This is an often overlooked glyph that has a nice dps return.
While theorycrafting and testing placed Hawk as the leader for the third glyph spot, it wasn’t by a very large margin, so you will not be hurt that much by going with one of the runner ups."
I'm not making an argument one way or the other...just offering up some info.

For what it's worth....female dwarf shows Glyph of the Hawk doing more dps then Chimera on my character. That is with serpent and steady shot as the other two.
