You should put a Defense/Stamina gem in the helm and chest yellow sockets. The Crit/Stam in the helm is weird, and the 9 Stamina socket bonus in the chest is one you should go after.
Should switch to the armor enchant on your cloak, either 18 stamina or the defense enchant on your shield, and you should think about using Tuskar's Vitality (Stamina + Runspeed) on your boots instead of the plain 22 stamina.
Spec and Glyphs. You waste a lot of points by going that deeply into fury just to pick up the Imp Cleave talent. Imp Cleave isn't that good. Your prot tree looks alright, but I really think you should shift those Fury points over to Arms and pick up Impale and Deep Wounds. Something more like this:

The glyph choices aren't really a big deal, though I don't really favor Glyph of Sunder Armor. Cleave is good for running a lot of heroics, but loses some appeal in a raid environment. I will say that you should get rid of the minor Glyph of Charge and get the Glyph of Thunderclap for increased TC range.
General thought on major glyphs is something like Blocking (increases damage/threat on your burst ability), Devastate (greatly increases threat on your most used ability and lets you stack sunder faster), and then either a rage glyph of a threat glyph. The third slot could be Heroic Strike (what I choose), Revenge (it's like Heroic Strike but better for more entry level tanking), Cleave (trash and heroic glyph), or Vigilance (big threat boost in raids if you are lacking).

Heroic Strike is an "On Next Melee" skill, which means it replaces your white damage. It does not interfere with your Global Cooldown (GCD) abilities like Shield Slam, Revenge, Devastate, etc etc.
You queue up a heroic strike when you have extra rage to get rid of.
Shield Slam is your most damaging and most threatening ability, and thus gets top priority. Next is either Revenge or Devastate. There are several talents and glyphs that modify these two abilities and thus will dictate which is "better." Overall, generally, Revenge will do slightly more damage, Devastate will do slightly more threat, and Revenge uses much less Rage than Devastate.
On single target, usually you would Shield Block/Shield Slam right off for some burst threat, then Devastate multiple times to get Sunder stacks up. If you are danger of dying, at this point you should use Thunderclap and Demo Shout. If you aren't really concerned about your life (ie heroics), you can just continue to use Shield Slam whenever it's available (either off CD or proc'ed Sword and Board), use Revenge if it's lit up, otherwise use Devastate, and queue a heroic strike if you have sufficient rage (like 40-50 rage or more).
For multiple targets, I normally heroic throw one target and then charge a second target. As I'm charging, I queue a cleave, and when the charge lands I thunderclap. Queue another cleave, turn so they are all in front of you, then Shockwave. This should put a good amount of threat on all the targets. At this point you should keep Thunderclapping every 6 seconds, and in between you should Shield Slam and Devastate through the group. This means Shield Slam target one, switch to the next guy, Devastate, switch to the next guy, Thunderclap and then Devastate, switch to the next guy, Shield Slam, switch, Thunderclap, Devastate, switch.
The biggest part of keeping AoE agro is to spread around your threat, and don't tunnel one mob. If you throw all your damaging abilities into one mob, by the time that mob dies you could have 100k threat on it, but your closest damager only had 40k threat. That's 60k threat that you wasted and could have put into another target. Don't "over-tank" something.
