[client] Unable to process...

I hadn't uploaded for a good while, so yesterday I decided to.
It failed with the antivirus message despite me using ESET NOD32.
Then it updated the client, and has since only provided me with "Unable to process at this time..."
Since I don't seem to see other threads (search for "unable to process" returned nil), I felt it was appropriate.
Tried removing the client and redownloading, no help.
WIn7 64 bit.
This is version 1.4.10, built on March 13, 2010.

Sorry, can you be more specific about how it failed and with what message? I want to make sure I'm thinking of the right issue here.

Sure.
When I attempt to upload data it goes through the update process, goes to 99% almost instantly, waits a few seconds and then presents an error window.

Wowhead Client

Wowhead is unable to process your upload at this time.
Please try again in a bit!

OK

Log remains unchanged. I've tried it with my firewall disabled, with my antivirus disabled...
While writing this post, however, I tried running it in compatability mode (xp sp3) and it was successful.
That of course leaves 2 possiblities, that it's looking for data in a bad place for windows 7 or that it requires administrator access. Neither of these are mentioned in the information I've seen in the FAQ and such.

Same problem here with W7 x64. Using Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. Compatibility mode doesn't work.

Odd. Looks like something wrong on the server end. We're investigating.

Please tell me your version of the Client (Menu > Help > About...).
This error message means the data was fully sent, but the server can't process it for some reason. So it *shouldn't* be a Client issue, unless you're not running the latest version.

Also, does it sometimes work or never work?

I checked some of your accounts for data upload, and you all seem to have successfully uploaded, the error must occur right when the connection is closed.
