One citizen has turned into a worgen. He burned down a bar and was then tracked down and killed by Ivan and Jhonsus. When the worgen transformed back into a human upon death Ivan had Jhonsus arrested, and then a bounty hunter named Jorgen Rye and Ivan decided that it was best if the common people didn't know about this.

Just remember when your character gets infected he loses his humanity and becomes an animal. Only after the cure is developed do we become humans that can switch between worgen and human forms.

The Creatures Spread - Many more worgen have poured into gilneas, and they are now becoming even more bold then they were before. Even the Gilnean army is having a difficult time trying to keep the people safe.
