Well, once, i was in a group for violet hold, some hunter told the leader to kick me (and he did), i asked the hunter why he did that, he replied 'because i suck' then ignored me.
I suppose thats not really a funny way to get on someones ignore, since i'm not sure what i even did.
But, i got onto someones ignore so, 'sucking' will get you on ignore lists!

i will not link it but my funniest ignores are with my AGT, that is my automatic goblin therapist.
Its meant for those annoying people throwing me completely random /w for stuff i dont wanna go (or even do wanna) and gold beggers etc.
its basicly a chatbot that talks to them in my place with sentences thats friendly and all but in the long term ^&*!es them off becouse it sometimes ask the same question or ask about stupid stuff
i remember some guy asking for 10g and then useing 10 minuttes talking to the machine, and i still swear i could just feel his anger level rise up to hulk level where he raged on me and ignored me :)
and as far as i know its legal ofc xD

Ages ago, I was put on ignore for farming herbs in STV on an alt. I was making my way along the northern wall of a ruin to an herb I'd seen. I got to the herb, and clicked on it just as a NE ran up to it from the western end of the wall. She started trying to farm it as well, but I won the herbs. She whispered me with, "You jerk, you saw me trying to get to it! That was my herb!". When I tried to explain that not only did I not see her, but I was also fighting my way to it, I got the message that I'd been ignored. I did a /violin at her and moved on.
I've also been put on ignore by a level 1 character who logged in after a battleground to whisper obscenities at me for killing him in a BG on his main. Apparently he either had or created a level 1 alt on the opposite faction just in case he had to QQ after a match. When I whispered him to tell him to grow a thicker skin if he was PVPing, I found out he already had me on ignore. I put him on ignore in return, and he logged off. He came back on another level 1 character, repeating more obscenities, at which point I reported him for harassment. No idea if anything happened to him.

I don't get put on people's ignore lists that often, but when I do it's barely for anything. Trying to be helpful (attempting to sound understanding and kind comes off as sarcasm to those who expect sarcasm) has landed me on numerous ignore lists for absolutely no reason at all, really.
Usually it's me ignoring people:
The last guild I left I had about half the members on ignore by the time I left. There were some genuinely obnoxious people but getting annoyed, insulted, etc. so often made me more quick to ignore other offenders. The easiest thing I ever put someone on ignore for was probably doing the /fart emote more than 3 times in a minute.

I remember one time I was in WSG. We didn't have a single class that was spec'd as a healer, it was rediculous. But whatever, we pressed on without heals anyways and some guy picked up the flag. He told me to start healing him, and I kept telling him 'No, I can't, I'm a warrior." He continued to whine and capslock, eventually reaching the huge point of nerdraging, telling me to do my effing job and heal him. It was hilarious. I whispered him to ask what his problem was and to explain to him for the umpteenth time that I was a warrior, but he had me on ignore.
I've also been put on ignore for not rezzing someone in a raid I was in on my warrior..

My roommate got put on ignore because someone apparently thought he was stealing their skinning mobs, when in fact I was the one doing it. I guess maybe the huntard had never seen a druid in cat form and just thought I was my roommate's pet? Either way it was pretty damn funny especially because the guy just nerdraged at my roommate and put him on ignore before we even knew what was going on or had a chance to apologize because we thought since he was killing the same venomhide raptors in Un'Goro that we were and he was way higher level than the zone was that he was doing the opening quests for the Ravasaur training like us and didn't want/need the leathers.
Oh well, I guess some folks just take things way too seriously.

so he put me on ignore on that toon too. But I seriously don't know what the hell is the pleasure of Ganking people and using the excuse that it's a pvp serverIt's a PvP server. PvP happened, you weren't ready. I really don't know why you think it being a PvP server isn't a valid excuse for PvPing.

Remember in the forties (level forty that is) when I was trying to organize a group for ZF. I was looking through who-list for a healer around our level and saw this priest, when I was going to whisper him I accidentally clicked invite. He accepted and asked why he had been invited. So I asked if he wanted to heal in ZF. I dunno what he answered but before I had the time to explain myself he was ignoring me. I think that was the first time I got on someones ignore list.
Another time in Winterspring I was questing with someone I met, and he invited his friend to our group. I played out a little trick by saying something in /p chat and then making blanks to the edge of the box and then write like : I crit low. He put me on ignore list... Guess he thought I had hacked or something.

Heh I do that all the time with emotes, except my second line usually reads:
: Shutdown in 15:00
I almost always get at least one person with it. I think I had about 30 of 40 people drop from AV once when I used that emote right before the battle started.
