Was Not Aware the Term "G_F_" was a Profanity

Made a post with the above term in it, and wasn't aware it was a profanity. The reason I made this post was, primarily, to apologize. The secondary reason was to ask, if it's a profanity why isn't it blocked by the filter?

Also, the connotation behind that acronym (assuming it's what I think it is) is profane.

You understand the one I meant, it seems. Well, you see, I made a post involving said term, and it was edited by a mod. I have no problem with that, I'm just curious as to if it's profane then why not just add it to the filter?
