Alright, so not counting the giants and the like, fairly easy:
Strenght:
Pre-Draenor Invasion: Jungle or Forest Trolls, those things are monsters, after the Invasion, The Ogres; no other humanoid race is their equal.
Speed:
Tie between the Elf races and the Trolls again; in the forests elves and trolls were completely equal, with one streaking across the ground, the other running through the trees.
Wisdom:
Draenei and the Night Elves.

I'd say tauren might be contenders for "wisest" as well.

I would say the Night elves are the wisest race. As a lot of them have been around for more than 10.000 of years, they have learned a lot of things.
Also, the Vykruls are very physically strong (or so they appear).

I agree with Adams except for Wisdom. Its simply hard to say that an entire race is wise as it depends on your PoV and the individual, thats why I believe that lesser 'immortal' beings such as Ancients win here.
Eh, I went with the two oldest 'civilized' races, and I could have put just the elves instead of Night Elves... except for the early actions of the Highborne more or less proving they were dumb as a pair of rocks.

Oh right, don't forget the Vrykul.
Aye, Vrykul are powerful...so yeah, but not sure if they are stronger or weaker then an Ogre; both races are roughly the same size after all.

Strength would go to the GRONN! They are way stronger then an ogre and they can lift and impale dragons on the spikes in blades edge XD
For fastest i would most likely say high/blood elves just because they have become adept not only at moving quickly through forests but on many different types of terrain such as plains and mountains.
For wisest i would definitely give it to the draenei because many of them are extremly old even going as far as making many elderly night elves look like gangly teenagers in comparison.

For fastest i would most likely say high/blood elves just because they have become adept not only at moving quickly through forests but on many different types of terrain such as plains and mountains. They're also very used to arcane travel, minus a few rangers, and luxury. They don't seem to be the athletes of the bunch. I wonder how much plainsrunning exists lore-wise, this could make the Tauren the fastest. I really think it depends on the terrain.

Yeah, I'd go Draenei.

Strenght:
The Ogres; no other humanoid race is their equal.
.
Pound for pound, the average full grown tauren is bigger and stronger than an average ogre.

Really? Tauren top out at 9 feet at most, Azeroth Ogres can grow as large as 16+ feet, with muscle mass to match it; the Tauren are strong, no doubt, but they aren't Ogres. And I put in Trolls for the pre-Draenor stuff primarily for the Dire breeds, still humanoids, but nothing but pure muscle in those things, and your regular non-Darkspear/Shatterspear troll can take a beating that would put down a Tauren and get back up, intending to rip your head off, shrink it and eat your body.... hopefully, in that order.

just how advanced is the troll regeneration in lore? if I make a slash in a troll's chest, how long would it take him to be fully regenerated and ready for battle?
futhermore, that regeneration can recreate lost limbs? because zul'jin lost his arm and eye and never grew them back up.
and last point, that regen is magical or biological? (if it's magical, a simple counter-spell could lock it, if it's biological then I guess nothing can stop it)

Depends on the Troll really; can be anywhere from a few minutes with non-lethal cuts, to a few hours for broken limbs, to a few days for lost limbs. Zul'jin apparently didn't let his arm grow back, to show what he suffered at the hands of the Blood Elves, and his eye.... well..... his eye was gouged out by a flaming red hot poker(according to the shadow scene from the Zul'Aman trailer), so either the fact that his eye was completely destroyed or the Elves added in a little magic to make sure the eye wouldn't grow back is why he's mimicking a pirate. And yeah, it seems to be biological, but it's more then possible that Witchdoctors, Shadowhunters, the Primals and others of the Troll race might be able to use their powers to regenerate faster.

If I am not mistaken he cut his arm off with a searing hot blade during his escape...cauterizing the wound and making it immpossible to regenerate.

Ah right; your correct, he did take his own arm to escape... not sure about the searing part though.

Strength: The tauren or the orcs. Simple as, when you consider Grom killed a demi god well possessed, and Broxigar what he did when fighting the demons in the mawl of the well of eternity alone.
Speed: Trolls and gnomes: Trolls are greatly none for there prowess and hunter skills to there reflexes are next the sharpest of any mortal race, and gnomes quick thinking has them adapt to most situations quicker then the more slower races.
Wisdom: Tauren and night elves, being both are ancient races, and as many a tauren has been known to become a lore master, there study into the world matches the night elves in there longevity.

I have to say that i don't think gnomes are the fastest race, maybe fastest thinking race but because of there short form and short legs they really can't move very fast.

Strength: Orcs or Tauren, with trolls and draenei closely following them.
Speed: Trolls and elves are almost equally agile.
Wisdom: This very much depends, on what you define wisdom as.

If we're talking playable races...
Strongest:
Orcs or Tauren
Fastest:
Trolls or Elves
Wisest:
Draenei, no contest.
Now, wisdom has several meanings, so here's the definition from Wikipedia
Wisdom is a deep understanding and realizing of people, things, events or situations, resulting in the ability to choose or act to consistently produce the optimum results with a minimum of time and energy. Wisdom is the ability to optimally (effectively and efficiently) apply perceptions and knowledge and so produce the desired results. Wisdom is comprehension of what is true or right coupled with optimum judgment as to action. Synonyms include: sagacity, discernment, or insight. Wisdom often requires control of one's emotional reactions (the "passions") so that one's principles, reason and knowledge prevail to determine one's actions.
So basically, wisdom is similar to insight. And the draenei have a LOT of insight, especially Velen (being a prophet and all). Sure, the tauren are also wise, but not nearly as wise as the draenei. In addition, the entire tauren race cannot be generalized as being wise (Grimtotems), while from what we've seen, almost all of the draenei are this way (I'm sure there are exceptions, but I can't recall any).
