Actually the biggest change they mentioned for boomkin is related to the range increase. without looking I'd hazard a guess that they are conforming all ranged base classes to the 40 yard base range.

The individual ticks will tick for 40% more but the effect is overall less healing. Not bad all in all the length of that HoT always bugged me.

That assumes it's still using the same tick length as a base. Ticks might be less if they're faster, given the new shorter duration.
I'm kind of curious how it works in practice though. They've basically just turned regrowth into Reverse-Lifebloom with a cast time. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out.

The size of the tick does not change as haste is applied. You only get faster ticks and potentially hit breakpoints where you gain extra ticks.
Given 10,000 extra healing for the tick portion over 21 seconds @ 3 seconds per tick is 1428.57 per tick.
Reduced to 4,000 extra healing for the tick portion over 6 seconds @ 3 seconds per tick is 2,000 per tick.
That's a 40% increase to each tick amount.

Right, I wasn't talking haste.
I was talking about them changing the base tick length because the duration of the HoT is now significantly shorter.
That is, having a HoT that ticks twice seems a little silly. So Regrowth could move to a 1 or 2 second (base, before haste) tick instead, not because of haste, but rather because the spells has been redesigned. In that case, the ticks themselves would be smaller.

2 second base tick would be ok but a 2 tick hot is not terribly silly, just different from what you are used to.
No matter how it ends to most important thing to note is that after the regrowth you have 6 seconds of extra heals for a set base amount. 1, 2 or 3 seconds on ticks does not swing things terribly. Hell from a programming standpoint I'd just as happily set it at 3 seconds tick to reduce as much random chatter as possible.

The T11 bonuses... oh well, nothing groundbreaking. After all, its the weakest Tier of the Expansion, T7 sucked big time too. Increased duration on an ability that has a 6 min CD? Meh... dunno. And i guess we will be stacking Lacerate a lot, thx to Pulverize, so the first bonus will kinda kick in.
I might stick with T11 for the looks, if it gets good ones... or i will look for offset pieces. But it is too early to be thinking about this anyway. Meanwhile...

Interesting turn out for Nature´s Grace. From 30% for 3s to a flat 3%. Seems like a nice little nerf but it´s less RNG at least.
It also makes it a lot more useful for Restos, who would generally find the old version fairly unreliable.

For Moonkin Celestrial focus was splitted up to have push-back go away (same for all caster classes it seems)
Iirc, all caster classes get passive pushback reduction upon choosing the caster talent spec (at least it was like that some beta builds ago).
