Is it just me who thinks Blizzard should stop handing out every single class to any possible race?

The only races that hopefully will never get Shamans are probably the Humans and the Gnomes... but since the Goblins got it, there goes any chance of the Humans never getting them. Undead Paladins will make any and all Loreholes look like gopher holes if they show up.
I guess I can't post an opinion in this thread without having a couple of Wowhead Patrons calling me "stupid" and "fail"? Let's see your guys suggestions instead of just a bunch of pointless criticism.
It seems if you aren't slamming someone's opinions on Wowhead forums you aren't one of the cool kids...grow the F up guys.
Or you don't take things so seriously; we are allowed our opinions too after all. And sorry, but if you don't know what your talking about, people who do will respond, this is an open forum after all.

Go right ahead, post away.
I only bring this up because attitudes such as yours are only prevalent in basically every thread in every category on this website. You mean.. the attitude that we don't like meme comments, so called 'joke' posts that aren't funny, and other things we see all across this website. But hey, glad to meet you, hope you keep on posting here... but, and here's the FYI: You don't like my posts, you can ignore them, nothing is 'making' you respond, I'm not at your side with a gun to your head.

Dude have you ever kissed a girl?
What the hell has that got to do with class/race combinations?
Take your own advice and grow up.

You seem like the kind of person that will be racist. Just because I have many posts and premium doesn't mean I'll just knock down other people. I called your post fail because it is. Your post has absolutely no basis in lore.
Allow me to commence instruction.
No - Draenei, Blood Elf, Goblin, Undead
Dude, seriously? Draenei have been hunters since Argus, living off the land.
Blood Elves, are you know, the FREAKING BEST RANGERS IN AZEREOTH.
Goblins I don't see as BM, but anything else.
And Undead are also the only known Dark Rangers, headed by Sylvanas, who was once one of the best rangers in Azeroth.
No - Dwarf, Night Elf, Worgen, Orc
There are already dwarf mages. Your point is moot.
Night Elves were the original mages. The returning mage faction are the Highborne, the original ruling caste of the Night Elves.
Worgen are Gilneans, and Gilneans were mages. Why would they suddenly lose all of their power?
Orcs I honestly have no idea why. Maybe its a political move to come closer to the Forsaken/Blood Elves?
Paladin
Yes - Undead
No - Tauren
As I explained above, Paladins were made to kill freaking undead. An undead will not join a group designed to kill any and all undead.
Tauren Sunwalkers are the balancing end of Druids. As druids love balance, there needs to be sun with moon, this Paladins/Druids.
Priest
No - Gnome, Worgen, Goblin, Tauren
Gnomes just saw their Gods in Ulduar. It would make me religious too.
Worgen already worshiped the Light. Why should they stop?
Goblin, I have no idea why.
And Tauren, see above with the Sun/Moon balance.
Rogue
No - Dwarf, Orc
Why no dwarves? They are shorter than the average human, this making them harder to see.
And dude, the Shattered Hand (or was it Bleeding Hollow...?) orcs are a whole freaking clan of rogues.
Shaman
Yes - Night Elf, Worgen
No - Dwarf, Goblin
Night Elves aren't Shaman-elemental types. They are more nature types. Shamanism =/= Nature worship, aka Druidism.
Why should the Worgen drop worship of the Light to become Shamans?
Why not Dwarven shamans? They already exist, known as Wildhammers. Your point, once again, is moot.
Goblins seem to bargain with the elements to get them to work with Goblins.
Warlock
Yes - Draenei
No - Dwarf, Troll
Draenei do have warlocks. It's called the Burning Legion.
Dwarves are already warlocks. Your point is moot.
Trolls already have warlocks. Your point, again, is moot.
Warrior
No - Draenei, Gnome, Blood Elf, Goblin
Why not draenei warriors? Draenei are the largest/strongest race in the Alliance. Do you want Orcs to not be warriors anymore too?
Gnomes are small, thus not easily hit, and can move quickly, good traits for warriors in battle (although they are weaker).
Why not Blood Elven warriors? I see no issue with it.
Goblins, see gnome warriors.
Death Knight
No - Night Elf, Blood Elf (sorry you can't be evil incarnate and Legolas at the same time)
Fail meme is fail.

Why would it be so bad for humans to be able to become shamans in wow lore? Honestly curious.

Ready my wall o' text please before you change the subject or latch onto some random thing to flame. Lol, yes, we do stick together because we don't like trolls like you.

There are many non-premium users I like more than Premium, but you are an example of an unintelligent troll who has to resort to generalizations and shouting the same thing over and over again to get your "point*" across.
* starred because I don't see your point.
Edit:
Why would it be so bad for humans to be able to become shamans in wow lore? Honestly curious.
Mainly because they just aren't the Shamanistic type. The worship the Light only, and are users of Fel/Arcane magic as well.

Honestly... unless it's some group that has stayed away from the expansion of the Human kingdoms since their formation, yes; just because Humans aren't the 'shaman' type, but like I said, since the Gobs are now Shamans, that does open up the field for the more expansionist and self-centered races to eventually end up as them too, even though that goes against the entire Shaman belief system.
Wow you Patron kids know how to stick together.
Heh, about to go to bed here but... couldn't without this:
Prepare for a banning,
And make it double.

To unite all Wowheaders within the world.
To denounce the trolls and idiots for who they are,
To extend our reach across the realm.
Team Premium, striking with the speed of light!
Surrender now, because you can't fight.

Wow you Patron kids know how to stick together.
They're patrons because they use the site a lot.
Most of the ones you are trying to force your opinions onto are Lore buffs and call the L&RP forums home, so you are wrong.

Or, even better, if every single race/cass combinaton would have unique abilities to them, even if they were cosmetic. (Like all Orc Warlock spells were green fire, etc.)
That would be fun.
Cosmetic would work. But I still remember the horrible race specific priest spells.
The thing is, if that were the norm (all race/classes had it) and was balanced well, it would be a fantastic idea. Also, if in the right role, those race-specific abilities for priests were awesome, and they added a little bit of "lore" to each race, like a little nudge as to imply what kind of priests each race usually were, what their source of power was.
Undead Priests had Devouring Plague, enforcing their status as primarily Shadow Priests.
Blood Elves had Consume Magic, not specific to priests (lorewise) per se, but indicating their ability to feed on nearly any source of magic to replenish themselves (eat a buff to restore mana, I actually really liked that ability in a pinch,)
Night Elves had Starshards(? I think that's what it was called, it's been a while) showing that they're priests/priestesses of the moon/night.
Trolls had their Hex and Shadowguard (again unclear of the exact name here) demonstrating their Voodoo origins.
I think if they were improved/made more universal, race-specific spells (outside your baseline racials for all classes, of course) could be really awesome, and add great flavour to the game. In fact, they would be interesting replacements for the current baseline racials, and welcome for those situations where a racial is useless for your class/spec. Orcs may be fantastic at commanding animals/demons/minions, but it makes no sense for a Warrior to excel at it, he would specialize in something else.

I for one kind of liked the uniqueness of race/class..but be that as it may..I had my best shaman healer not make a faction transfer with the guild because she couldn't stand the looks of any of the races that could be a shaman, silly I know, but true...so with that in mind I don't care what race my shaman healer is come raiding time.

Goblin shamans make perfect sense to me... They use machines to stir up the rage of the elements. (and make business contracts with elementals :-p)
On topic though... I really don't mind myself. Hell I wouldn't even mind if they allowed every race to be every class as long as they could make lore to get every combo to make sense like with the new ones in Cata.
