When I tried that one word in level 2, it brought me straight to level 4, which confused me. Another try brought me to level 0, but I decided to stick to 4, and got as far as 5, but I'm finally at a dead end.

Just so you know, Oz is an ongoing theme throughout. Another point of interest is that the creators were really into NIN (Nine inc Nails).
Stormwork: I think you're thinking a bit too deep into #3. The source code is simply the page you look at when you right click on an area other than the actual picture, and select "view page source". If you do that, you'll notice some words seem 'off'... Tie that in with the sequence of lettering you see in the actual image.

I got 9 in less than a minute, since it's obvious to anyone whose read The Divine Comedy.
But 10 is really stumping me. I can't even tell whether that coyright thing in the source code is meant to be a hint or is just there to confuse me further.
Edit: Discovered the bit about Luke... but can't make any sense of it.

Hmm, so I'm going back through all the old levels I've solved, but it looks like they've slightly altered leveled 8. The answer is still the same, but I'm not sure how to 'logically' solve it now. However, it's still possible to solve it from the hint in the source code, but doing it that way will be solving it through association rather than logic. Gonna try to figure out the correct way to do 8...
*sigh*...the change to 8 is raging me out. I've gotten this before but with the slight alteration, I can't figure it out...

I kind of felt that way for several of the "riddles" so far. After trying several possible logical solutions, I just started trying anything and everything that even remotely related to it, and would get it.
6(6) was probably the one I liked the most. It was a very logical code, but one that was rather out of the box.
That being said, still no idea on 8.

Well, there is a logical way to get it. I'm just unsure about it. And Doctor Lore, your last post about what you started with may be a bit TOO good of a hint for anyone reading lol

Still making absolutely no progress on 10. I've tried applying the Luke passage to the songs in every way I can think of, and nothing gets any results.

Forget about the Luke passage. I can see how it may fit in with the context of the answer (as I'm sure the creators aren't Christian), and maybe there is a way to solve it going that route. However, you don't need it.
Instead, focus on the names of the songs. Track 10 that says ".htm" should put you on the right track. The answer is probably the creator's opinion of the Bible.

Oh wow.
I wasn't able to solve it because I was thinking about it way more deeply than it required.
Looking back now, I feel really silly it took me this long to get that. Thanks for the hint.

Whew, finally refigured out 8... And DoctorLore, there is a logical way to solve it. Although solving it the way you did via association might be easier.

How about a hint.
The problem is that there is too much information, and nothing by which to filter it.

Gah... Solved 3, 4 was really easy, it kinda dissapointed me, but now 5... Mirrors, words, gah!
It's all a big mess... I've tried all the words I see, but nothing :\
What I don't understand is how to handle spaces and such.
Read the two lines of text below the picture. Pay very close attention to them, and compare them to the picture.

Em... there is nothing under the picture, there is however something at the bottom which is mirrored. I've tried it but it didn't work :\
Oh that 5.
There are 2 parts to number 5, I thought you were on the second.
For the first, the hint in the source code helps.
And the page title for that matter.
