i think there's a lot of things that can be made better in rogues...as a combat tree full of pvp talents (riposte, resist stun/fear, imp. sprint/kick, ecc) and a sublety tree full of pve talents (deadliness and sinister calling - why vitality on combat?? LOL)

<Poison Grenade> 30 yard range, 45 second cd, 20 energy, 1 sec cast time.
Requires 1 posion flask (rogue reagant from vendor)
Throws a grenade of virulent poison up to 30 yards, placing all enimies within 5 yards into a poison induced sleep for 5 seconds and reducing their movement speed, attack speed, and casting speed by 40% for 12 seconds.
<Fan of Blades> 36 yard range, 30 sec cd, requires 5 combo points and deadly throw.
Empowers your next deadly throw to hit up to 5 additional opponents within 35 yards of the rogue, dealing ranged weapon damage * 1.2 and knocking them down with recoil for 3 seconds. Also applies the deadly throw debuff to all effected targets
<Doppleganger> 3 min cd, 20 yard range
Spawns a doppleganger clone of the rogue with 30% of the rogues health and damage to attack nearby opponents. All damage taken by the rogue is split in half with the doppleganger and vice versa. All damage taken for the duration of this effect is reduced by 10% for both affected units.

<Killers Sight> Passive
All opponents below 50% health within 40 yards of the rogue glow red with weakness for the rogue to attack, and all damage against weakened targets is increased by 5%.
<Shadowy Gause> 100 energy, channeled, 30 second duration
Spawns a clone of a target hostile unit that can not attack with 100 health under the control of the rogue, attracting the attention of nearby enimies for its duration. Any damage taken will interrupt this effect.
<Assassination> 50 energy finishing move, requires a dagger, 30 second cd.
A powerful fatal blow to a weakened target dealing 300% weapon damage plus 10% more damage per combo point, and reducing healing on the affected target by 50% for 5 seconds, but debuffing the rogue to take an additional 50% damage from all sources for 6 seconds.

Rogues should be able to wear mail armor, but we should be unable to stealth or get a big enough modifier to stealth when doing so. Rogue's should get axes, the ninja's were a combination of stealth and killing. They mastered all weapons, not just daggers and swords. The scythe was even rumored to be a favorite. I do like the extra spawns but Multi-shot will make this unviable in pvp. We should have a ranged poison applier, blowgun, that can poison people from a distance but may take you out of stealth UNLESS you take all of the stealth talents in the SUB tree. I have siad this before but while we are on the topic. A talent that uses Agility x2 for attack power when using daggers instead of agil+str OR doubles the chance of a crit when using daggers.
