I was going to write another chapter for my fanfic last weekend, though I will have to delay a bit I think until I am feeling better, or perhaps more since so many other fanfics are coming out atm. Either way I will wait until I am feeling considerably better so that I don't end up messing anything up from not being able to think 100% clearly. That isn't to say I won't get some work done on it during the week though, I've already gotten a page or so written.
Also Adams, I would use that lay out for fanfics, though I have to agree with Hyper. It's can be a bit daunting to look at that layout at first when you are wanting to read the fanfic, not to mention with reserving posts if you don't reserve enough you would have random comments inbetween parts of the story.

Hopefully I'll be able to catch up soon, reading light's revenge atm and so far it's been really good. Haven't gotten as far as I would've liked though, so I'll keep going whenever I get the opportunity until I'm up to date.

I was inspired by XD's post in Ashes and Thorns and thus will eventually get around tomorrow™ to writing a sequel to it. Stay tuned.
I also have a plan (after discussing with someone else) to writing something after that about the past of an assassin character who's life includes various moments of unrequited love
and bad games of poker.

I'm currently writing up a fanfic now, but I'm not posting it until a few other parts are ready, so maybe in a couple of weeks' time the first part will be up. After all, I'll be prioritising my exams for the next ~month or so. :P

Edit: Also Fund, I forgot about Stormcross though it was good, might do some catching up on it today.
And I still need to read Light's Revenge, though I always get sidetracked :(. Maybe if tomorrow is more rainy than today I can make some real progress.
And I should probably write some more of my fanfic, though kinda need to get motivated again, trying to write it all before I upload any of it is not working for me. Or maybe I should try my hand at short stories, at least then it is more acceptable if there is two months inbetween each one or something like that.

My favorite thread is alive once more! Ok so let me give some Hellborne advice and words of wisdom.
Fund, Stormcross is great. I believe the only downside was how much time elapsed between the pages. If you followed my first rule, write five pages ahead before releasing anything, you may be getting closer to forty-fifty views than you are now. You are well liked around here so I would think more views on fics from you is in order.
XD, it is nice to know that people are still reading Light's Revenge. Luckily I am slowing down the pace of Light's Eclipse so that should buy you some time.

Fund, Stormcross is great. I believe the only downside was how much time elapsed between the pages.

Don't feel forced to slow it down just because of me, if that is the case, which I highly doubt since I am not that important.
It probably won't help much, I r retardz when it comes to trying to keep organised with reading long fanfics. But we shall wait and see.

I am just going to say that Light’s Eclipse will probably go on hiatus for some time, perhaps when spring(northern hemisphere) comes around I will bring it. I think it has run its course for a long time. It is, including Revenge, what seven months in the making? And I have so much more ideas that would make it last at least another year. I guess I just need a break from that series for some time.
Which brings me to another point. I think a short series, say 3-7 pages is more pleasing to readers. I have an idea in the works, but I just do not want it to fall flat. Again, just an idea.
