am I just silly, or why can't I find the part about charge intercept sharing cooldown in the latest patch notes? are they redesigning it or are they just trying to hide it or am I just bad at reading :)?
The latest ptr changes are
in addition
to previous changes.

Wtf are you smoking? Warlocks are a class that Arms Warriors hard counter. I see a Warlock, "Free HK" pops in my head, and i make it so.
This statement is a very ignorant (imo) view on how PvP should work, and I completely agree with Maverik that all specs should be made viable in PvP, although for slightly different reasons. I think the rock/paper/scissors gameplay should be obliterated from existence.
You should NEVER see ANY class and think "Free HK" to yourself. That is a flaw. A major flaw. Either your class/spec is very overpowered (like arms) and needs a nerf, or the class/spec you are going up against needs some sort of mechanic to help them survive against you.
And I am not a PvP man myself, but from what I understand, successfully closing a gap with a mage as arms is generally a guaranteed kill. If that is so, then why should arms be guaranteed the ability to close that gap? It is PvP logic (in ANY game) that a ranged class should have an easier time keeping away from a melee class, than a melee class should have getting within range. Because once that melee class gets in range, if the ranged class cannot escape, they will die, and quickly.
With the changes to charge/intercept, that gap will only be closed if the mage makes the slighest mistake while kiting. That is how I believe an MMO's PvP distinction between a caster and a melee class should work. No guarantees to get within range, but a guaranteed kill once within range.

Play some arena, and then rethink your statement.

Warriors absolutely destroy warlocks one on one.

Rock/Paper/Scissor, my friend.
Assuming roughly same level of gear and skill:
- A feral druid should never loose to a mage.
- A warrior should never loose to a lock or a priest
- A warlock should never loose to a paladin
etc...

I understand, I was more speaking from a "perfect world" type of view. The abolishment of the rock paper scissors system would be impossible, since PvE always comes before PvP in terms of development, and they can't quite fix one system without harming the other.

Again, I was more speaking generally about gaming PvP, than about WoW PvP.
And again, that system of destroying a certain class one-on-one is broken, imho. I believe all classes should have an honest chance against each other. Even in groups of people for arena, I believe all classes should be able to complement each other well enough to succeed, but sadly, they don't. The rock-paper-scissors effect isn't nullified in groups, as one would expect; instead, it is magnified.

Lambs to the Slaughter can not be a 10% buff that stacks. unless it is not consumed anymore, by a mortal strike. Since Mortal Strike is the one applying it. And then this is a great thing.
Will it not be a 3 point talent then?

Us warriors cry alot of beeing nerfed from one of the most powerfull PvP'er to a balanced PvP. All classes have a nemesis. Frost mages and hunters live to kite, and if any can be it's warriors, oh but no. Warriors can't be stopped and have insane dmg.
I think after the nerf Warriors will still be hard to kite. and will still find a way 2 kill 2 enemies at same time.
I'm more worried about our PvE aoe.

I totally agree! I also agree that it probably won't ever fully happen in WoW. But the general idea of a rock, paper, scissors based class system is totally flawed in my opinion. I defintiely feel that all classes and specs should have an equal chance against one another. Ideally, every player should be able to pick which class and spec they find the most fun for them and still be able to compete in both PvP and PvE. Granted, I understand that is incredibly difficult to acheive and will most likely never be the reality in WoW but it is how MMOs need to evolve moving forward. It is most certainly not impossible to do.
The problem is that is
impossible
to achieve. At the very bottom level, you cannot balance ranged vs. melee in that way. Then going up, each thing that makes a class unique is another thing that cannot be balanced. Take heal reductions. Once that skill exists, you no longer are blanaced no matter what you do; you'll either be overpowered against teams with healers, or underpowered against teams without healers.

And what about the set bonus from the PVP sets?
Now that Intercept will be hardly used by Arms, it gets absolutely pointless...
I'd rather them change it into something useful for both Arms and Furry like reducing the CD of Heroic Leap or bringing back the 2 sec stun of it.
Very good point. Intercept will be more or less useless to Arms after the change. They should change the set bonus to something that is equally beneficial to Arms, Fury and Prot.
Are you guys even reading the patch notes? The set bonus was changed two builds ago, and again this last build (60% disarm reduction).
