Just felt I had to throw my oar in here. I know this post has gone cold, but were a long way further into the raiding now, and since I came upon this post recently, I figure some others may. Upon the subject of glyphed divine plea. Since the changes, this can now return a reasonably significant proportion of mana, and I find that if other healers are warned, they can usually cover the slack. I often team it with potion of concentration, as if my healing is nerfed, it may as well be completely gone, and leave me able to come back and catch up after the 12 seconds are up.
Upon the subject of beacon switching. You guys only really seemed to be thinking about a single tank situation, whereas in reality most fights involve two tanks, either dual bosses, or a strange mechanic, or adds, only really magmaw does not. Simply heal the MT and beacon the OT, or vice versa depending on your healing assignment. Sure, your not healing YOUR target as much as you could be, but your still increasing your hps, with no requirement to switch beacon targets. In many fights, LoD is devalued due to a need to spread, and that in a standard 10m raid, you are unlikely to have 6 easy to heal melee targets. This removes the requirement for HP to be quite as high, especially with the nerf to ToR, it would appear we are meant to generate roughly 1HP per 6 seconds HS cooldown, more in intense periods where your healing the MT.
I doubt the system is easily beatable, as usually if you attempt to switch your beacon, in the 3.3 seconds required to do so then cast DL, another healer will have simply healed them, or a HoT will have ticked, resulting in pointless overhealing.
TL;DR Divine plea is good. Use when possible. Beacon switching is dumb, if you really to want use in magmaw or heroic runs only.

You mention that mastery doesn't work with beacon. I'd also mention that it doesn't work with HR or PotI. Considering how strong HR is now, that fact is a huge negative for mastery rating. If you look at parses it really simply ignores 40-45% of the healing of mainstream holy paladins.
The completionist in me suggests putting a very short little phrase next to HR and DP where you've listed spells and CDs to mention that they both give a sprint now. It's pretty self-explanatory how that works if people look at their talents closely but people (myself definitely included) don't always do that.

You need to update your segment on the duration of the mastery bubble. It was formerly 7 seconds, it is now 15 seconds. Just nit picking, but everything else looks good from a quick glance.

<3 +1 for Rouen because he is a holy paladin boss

Haste shouldn't be that low, for one thing.
Spirit when down a little bit when they increased the mana cost of our single target heals, and will go up a bit for 4.3. Mastery is going to be better in 4.3 when it works with HR. Haste probably will too, since you don't have it working on a plateau/jump system with HR, which now has a cast time.

I'd say it's probably int > spirit > haste = spellpower (can you still get spellpower?) > Crit = Mastery.
I don't really do numerical values. There's no point. If you know how to reforge that's good enough. All you can get with numerical values are minuscule trade-offs in gemming for socket bonuses or not.

I'll update the stickies thread! Come 4.3 I think I'll remove the link to this thread, assuming you want to keep the guide, rather than this, updated.
