I don't think we have seen a female genosian, so it gives a lot of freedom.

True, that's something else to consider. I've never seen a female Chiss, might have to search around for some pictures.

Gungan is another possibility. Their females could EASILY be intimidating, as they don't differ much from the males. Add some sith armor and such and you could have something attractive and terrifyine.

Which is why Sith Pureblood/Chiss, appeals to me, because they keep the same body structure as a human but are distinctly alien =)

I'll do two different versions. While the Chiss idea is cool, something about Sith black and the blue pigmentation of Chiss skin is making me cringe. We'll see how it turns out though =)

That's....not possible. Pretty much anywhere had something going on; from the Truce of Bakura, then the rise of Thrawn, and all the rest. You'll have to find some out of the way world, and hope that it never had anything big happen there.
