The remaining soldiers of the Scourge stood silently around the Square as the Baron dragged Saidan Dathrohan out of the Bastion.
"Let this be a lesson for all and everyone who think that they can oppose their rightful lord, that they can drag their homeland into civil war. Lordaeron will prevail, and those undermining its fortune will be punished. This is not bloodthirsty vengeance - this is an act of self-defense, and gruesome it may be, it will be carried out. Diamondback!"
A silvery gargoyle came down to Alaric. It screeched obediently as he patted its ugly head, smiling.
"You know what you have to do."
Diamondback grabbed Saidan by his shoulders and carried him high into the sky. When they were twice as high as the Bastion was, it released its grip.

"Aw, I don't want to be tortured again. I didn't even do anything." Varyn sobbed as he was led away.
Sharith sighed in frustration as the mage was led away. That changed when she spotted the human and gnome from earlier approaching from her high vantage point.
Hmm, maybe I'll just wait and see how this plays out.
She thought, leaning against the tree to a more comfortable position.

Varyn told Soloman as he tried to hop the chair further away from the man.

The towering castles and large walls of the grand city of Tyr's Hand was before the fleeing assault force. They had officially finished their objective of clearing the Scarlet Highway, yet now it was Valiant's destiny. It was a simple plan, rally.
Kill whomever is in charge around here, declare myself as leader of all Scarlet's in the Eastern Plaguelands, and return to the monostary with all of these able fighting men. Simple. Soon enough, they will call my name out in cheer.
The undead that would usually attack the city were gone for now, licking their wounds. Valiant used this to walk right in. The city was movin all over Valiant, men and women seemed to run around doing whatever they needed to do. Good for thm.
"Heed my words people of Tyr's Hand! I, Valiant Strongwill, the Bane of the Undead, ask for the leader of this grand city of grander folk!" Valiant roared. He expected a swift response.

She snapped herself out of her thoughts, making her way to Valiant.

Heh, forgot it was a woman.
"Valiant Strongwill, Bane of the Unded, and Commander of the Glade's front. I come from the Scarlet Monostary to clear up Scourge on our route between Scarlet strong holds and decided to rest here. As you may see my men are ragged and beaten," Valiant introduced himself and explained his situation.
Just can not kill her right here, no some might call for treason before my destiny is fufilled.

"Of course you can rest. And then you can be on your way with how ever many men you may have needed." Brigitte responded politely. She had all but forgotten the messenger from the Monestary.
"My second in command was quick to deny your request, as it came in the heat of battle. Had I known, I would have sent you all the men you needed." Her voice slowly became quieter as she continued explaining, thoughts of Alexandros disturbing her.
"Do you have time for some tea Strongwill?" She asked, attempting to change the subject.

"Uh, yes. Well, ahem, you see. Someone wearing a scarlet crusade uniform yelled that I did while pointing at me and then people started to chase me so... Aaaand there was an explosion that went off, before the Argent dawn arrived I should point out since I had a pretty good view of it." Varyn explained carefully.

"She's probably off torturing puppies," Varyn rolled his eyes at that, "and after living on your own in the plaguelands the whole flight instinct is pretty engraved in the mind when things start going south."
