Because he's been completely tainted; a once devout follower of the Light forced to watch as his body murders innocent people, while companions laugh about it; he shares a bit of the same Sylvanas felt when she was Arthas weapon during the Third War, when he forced her to use her cry on her own people. How would you feel to see something you took pride in being used to kill those who used to be your allies?
I don't know, it's possible he feels the pain...but he's still not in control of himself; Thane has accepted what happened to him, the Lady seems to be in the same vein of the Baron, and Alexandros was broken and shattered by KT so he never said much, until his son arrived. Zeliek does not use the Light willing during the fights, he's forced to.

None of us can prove our points. So I shall continue thinking that Forsaken cannot be priests. You may think otherwise.
Good day.

That's what I meant >.>
E: 3 and 4 are facts.
Three isn't. There are those who are extremely devoted to the Light... but are not as powerful as those less devoted.

4 is a generalization
And all your silly additions are assumptions or make absolutely no sense.

Thats a good reason as to why he hates himself, but obviously not what the creative developers were referring to simply because its
completely unrelated to the rest of the paragraph.
Except all they say is that when Undead casts the Light, they feel pain ripping at them....which proves one point you've been arguing about. And how do you know 100% what they were referring to? Do you have the ability to read minds over the interwebz? If so, you can make good money from that.

Throught Tides of Darkness, Turalyon questions his own faith because he was taught that the Light comprises all beings and creatures but still the Orcs were so twisted. It is only when his 'prayers' are answered that this alliance commander is capable of calling upon the Light. Much in the same vein, Uther was praised for his devotion and back was, pretty much, the strongest of the original paladins.
And Arthas was bloody powerful without giving a &*!@ about the Light.

You mean, when he was a Death Knight?
No, when he was a Paladin. He was regarded as one of the most powerful 'rising stars' of the Order, and he didn't care about the Light one bit.

Buy Holy Priests are considerably rare, as the Light literally burns them.
Now imagine undead, undead killers. WTF?
ALL forsaken priests are rare because they all use the Light to heal.
Untrue, lore-wise Shadow Ascendants (Shadow-Priests) heal Undead with The Shadow.

Just going to put one last thing here for Zeliek: Yes, he uses the Light, it's possible he feels the pain when it burns away at him.....but that still means jack and squat for the discussion at hand as he, just like the Lady, are not true Paladins; both of them are closer to Priests then anything else, especially as Zeliek spams a Smite like spell.
So, Zeliek having the Light, and Forsaken with great Will being able to use the Light; I don't have a problem with that. I've only ever said that the idea of an actual Undead Paladin is off because of why Paladins exist currently in the Azeroth universe: To destroy the threat of the Scourge and the Legion, and if the powers of the Light burns away at a Forsaken casting a long range spell, what is going to happen to them if they attempt to use the more melee based spells of the Paladin? I mean sure, you can smash someone in the face with a Judgment.....but are you going to end up blowing apart your own arm while doing so?
Other then this; enjoy the rest of you, bashing against the unyielding buttress that is Delt.

wouldn't the same happen with a Forsaken Priest casting Holy Nova?Probably burns them, same as the healing does.
And Delt, I said why they exist currently in the Warcraft universe, you have to stop skimming while you cut and quote.

Because the Judgment is cast from the Paladin's arm/weapon and travels outward. Depending on the strength of that, it could blow back and shatter the undead arm easily; there are a few descriptions of the fights against the Scourge with the Paladins in Rise of the Lich King and the effect is messy on the undead enemies. And yes, if the Paladin misses with a holy strike and ends up hitting themselves well.....not to mention these
two
spells
; the first stuns all demons and undead so more then likely would end up hitting the Forsaken as well, and Consecrate is obvious how it would cause damage.
