I have figured this is the way, of what blizzard have told us and what me myself have experienced..
The less kicks you got, the longer time it takes before you can get kicked.
The less kicks you got, the faster you can kick other players.
If you on the other hand get kicked allot, the trend is likely to continue down that road until you decide to shape up.

I must say that I would be rather annoyed if someone say "go". It's lazy and, others suggested, you should ask when you are going to start. There is usually a reason. Personally I wouldn't vote to kick you after one offense, but I would be tempted. If it continued, I would happily boot you.
I would love to be a group, just once, with someone who says "go" and gets booted. I'm sorry, but I would have to laugh.
Most of the time I keep pretty quiet in pugs. I only say something when I need to. Like the lock who didn't understand why he kept pulling aggro (it was a while ago and low level). Told him to look at the tool tip and notice the part that said "generates a large amount of threat". After that he didn't die and amazingly was quiet the rest of the run. He also didn't complain about the crappy healing, which in reality was pretty good.

I'd kick you too if you were saying it to no end.
I dunno if you were, but I just replied. Sue me.
If you weren't, people are d*cks sometimes. I once got kicked for rolling need on a feral staff on my bear tank.
Yeah we all want to kick the 'go go go' 'ers.

I don't say "go" (my stock phrase is, "are we waiting for something?"). But it annoys me to no end when pug tanks just stand there doing nothing - and not telling us what's going on. Even a "brb" would be appreciated. But noo.. they just had to play statue, and get all huffy when people ask why they're not moving.
I regret to say that the attitude of pug tanks took a turn for the worst at level 80 and up; before this, I will perhaps get 1 bad pug out of 15; today, my Hunter finally reach 80, and I haven't been able to finish even one random dungeon yet. And
all
of it is because the tank either a) quit without telling anyone why or b) stands there like an idiot for an uncomfortably long time without saying anything.

so the less kicks u have had the longer it takes to be kicked?, i have NOT been kicked from any grps on my priest for as long as i can remember, yet after one wipe in a hc, i get kicked for refusing to kick a fellow grp member who i didnt believe to be kicked. imo this is wrong, and the vote kick system needs to be looked at
Isn't the vote kick system anonymous?

not quite on the same subject, but i have just been in HoO on my disc priest
we get into instance, tank initiates first pull...... every dps hits a different target, they all scatter, i start having difficulty with mana as i am spam heling every1, no1 is moving from AOE... i eventually run out of mana even after using hymn and fiend, we wipe.
i then get a whisper from one of the dps (a rogue in full blues/ a cpl epics) asking me if my vote kick option is available, and if so can i kick the warrior as he has (in the rogues opinion) s**t gear.
i say in party chat that i am not going to kick the warrior because a) for having the 'worst' gear, he was actually doing the highest dps (4.8k LOL) while the rogue was doing 4.2k, b) we are only on the first trash pack so i wanna give him the benefit of the doubt and c) how is the warrior gonna get better gear if he keeps getting kicked without even getting a chance.
the nextline from the rogue (in whisper) is F**K YOU NUB
and i appear in orgrimmar with the message 'you have been removed from the group'
See, it's not really about "go" so much....as about a general level of hostility, lack of civility, and a sense of entitlement. I was in HoO the other day and our healer kept screaming at everyone to "GO!" when finally asked "why the rush" (by the tank who was, quite within his rights to be tired of this) the healer says (now, we are only to the first elemental mini boss) "I have to be to work in 15 minutes." Huh? You knew you had to be to work so you queue, and granted, HoO is longer than most but still, "Your failure to plan does not constitute an emergency on my part." comes to mind.
There were other ways to handle this situation I posted and CERTAINLY better ways to handle the poster's quoted text situation. I'm so sorry you had to endure that. Healers -- they are either dishing out the abuse or sucking up most of it. Generally it's the latter.
Civility...try some on for a while. You might just make your server a nicer place to be. Meanwhile, I keep a notebook near my computer with names of players I do not wish to play with. And when I PUG if they are in there, I punch off. I'm dps...no big loss to the group, I'm replaced instantly, and although I burned a 40 min queue, I don't have to be subject to the vitriol. I don't know any other way to deal with it as the community stands now.
Ugh! I hate going into instances and seeing someone spam "Go Go Go" because they have to be somewhere in 20 minutes. It's super annoying! It you don't have time for an instance - - Then DON"T que for one! It's as simple as that...

How about "GO GO GO don't vote kick me
please
". It got your intention, some instruction about how to you want to be dealt with and the magic word 'please'.
This is going to be the bet macro EVER!
