Nowadays, Healer is suffering from the lack of mana pool, so we need spirit.
I keep reading on post that says haste>crit, while the tier set gives crit bonus.
I thought about crit > haste and feel its better than Haste > Crit.
Without talent tree, haste simply speed up your cast time, so we can cast more heals. Crit make our healing spell heals more base on a chance.
With talent tree,
Infusion of Light
,
Speed of Light
,
, I see all those benefits from Crit, and NONE for Haste.
Can someone explain to me why haste > crit now?
Spirit, is Spirit that important for us? Int>Spirit>Haste>Crit
Why I feel it should be Int>Crit>Spirit>Haste?
We need have certain amount of spirit, but it shouldn't be our second priority due to our

There's your answer.
Consistency > chance, every day all day.
He did mention his links bugging karathos, could be it...

My point is what happen when you run out of mana? Cause haste = more heal and more mana. crit = more heal and same mana and procs that speed up Divine Light into a 0.8 sec cast.
Maybe I am Trolling, but who knows~

What you say is correct, you
can
waste more mana with more haste. But you also save more by being able to get more HPS out of Holy Light, thus having a smaller need of using Flash of Light or Divine Light.
Haste is also crucial for being able to effectively AoE heal. Every 10% you get an extra tick with Holy Radiance, which means you heal for substantially more for the exact same cost.

crit holy shock give faster holy light/divine light.
crit holy light give free holy shock, which give more holy power and which you can use them for word of glory/Frontal cone AoE healing(cant remember the name of it >.<)
Holy radiance has a rather long CD.

Crit isn't bad, it's just not as good as haste.
You also need 50 more crit rating in order to gain 1%.
As I said earlier crit is unreliable, even with 25% crit you can cast a 100 spells without a single crit, the likelihood of that happening isn't very large though.
I'm at ~15% crit at the moment, healing heroic raids without any issues so far. I'm longing for more haste and don't care what happens to my crit really. For the sole reason that it is unreliable.

Your haste is reliable, this is something you cant depend on, crit often lead to something like overhealing, overhealing is wasted mana, more haste wont mean more overhealing, except for holy radiance.
I think what svirve is trying to say is that Crit is less reliable, as it''s only chance that your heal will do more, whereas with haste you can get more HoTs for the same amount of mana, and you can pop heals off faster.

"Combat mana regen" is calculated from your "base regen" and
. You are highly mistaken to think Crit is more valuable than Spirit just because of this combat dynamic.

we have divine plea and judgement+seal of insight for mana regen.
holy shock crit procs and its 0.8sec divine light, i dont think it is reachable with haste.
but the crit rate is not reliable, i agree.

yes, but while your sitting regening mana with divine plea, every single one of your heals is gimped by 50%. if youre having to use DP midfight then youre seriously lacking spirit, or theres something wrong with your rotation/heal style.
i cant speak for the holy shock mechanic youre talking about, im not nearly knowledgeable about holy enough for that :/
Thats why we have avenger wrath...

Or you can have a reasonable level of Spirit instead of Reforging it away and use Avenging Wrath and Divine Plea independent of each other which is far more efficient.

Thats why we have avenger wrath...
that only compensates for 20% of the lost healing, and im not sure if its multiplicative or additive. youre either losing 50% then going up to 70%; or youre going to 60% in which case youre only getting a measly 10%! anyone know the numbers on that for sure?
furthermore, avengers wrath should be saved for those "oh %^&*" moments that you really need it, like the mangle on magmaw.
They're multiplicative. That is to say with both cooldowns active, you'd be doing 60% of normal healing.
