An unending torrent of bullets from the Silencer cut the nearest fighter in half and proceeded to tear a gryphon behind it apart.
"Oh well,
Carpe Jugulum
."
Cyrus shrugged and began throwing a bolt after bolt of fel-infused lightning, going for the throats.
The Wildhammers, apparently, found the idea of being slaughtered without resisting not appealing. Already three homing rockets were going at the rover, accompanied by half a dozen or so of Storm Hammers. Another rocket went at Zenzik.

Ray fired at the gryphon riders, shooting one of them in the chest. "What are we going to do about those rockets?"

Zenzik fired his first explosive arrow at the rocket, exploding it in midflight, taking out one rider. He laughed and nocked another explosive arrow. This time letting it fly and embedding it in a gryphon's wing. The arrow exploded, taking off the gryphon's wing. Zenzik laughed again as the rider and his mount plummeted to the ground.
Zenzik nocked three explosive arrows at once. He targeted the three rockets, hitting them all and destroying them and another gryphon rider. He turned to Ani and grinned.

Ani grinned, "Nothin' now, looks like it," she whistled and pushed down on the joystick, pointing the guns and firing a hail of bullets onto the dwarves.

The gryphon riders changed their tactics. Dozens of curved, jagged hooks attached to thick chains flew at the party, and already Seriell let out a cry of pain when one dwarf got lucky, hitting the elf's thigh and attempting to pull her off of her phoenix.
Too bad Jaws aimed the Silencer at the chain, cutting through it and piercing the dwarf several hundred times.
The dwarven fighters meanwhile dispersed into three smaller groups. One of them focused fire on the troll, the other two began swooping around the rover, showering it with bullets.

Zenzik pushed a button on his bow, causing blades to pop out. He maneuvered his windrider over one of the dwarves, and jumped off his mount to land on the back of the dwarf's. In one fluid motion he swung his bow, decapitating the dwarf, nocked two arrows and loosed them at two other dwarves, piercing through their heads, right between the eyes.

The guns on the rover weren't fast enough to follow the gryphons, so Ani pulled out a pistol and shot one of them off their mount. She ducked down, a bullet smashing through the windshield. Ani swore bitterly in the Thalassian.
"Desperate fight protocol initiated," SEICU stated, the music fading as the AI took direct control of the rover's guns and began to shoot down dwarves herself.

Holding the Silencer with one hand, Jaws pulled out a runic titan-forged claymore he had found in the deepest reaches of Ulduar millenia ago, hoping to taunt - if not to scare -

The dwarves began to suspect that, maybe, it was not their day. While still firing at the party, they slowly began to enlarge the distance, getting ready to dive into retreat.
"Don't let them get away, letht they drown uth in numberth onthe we land!" Cyrus shrieked.
"What about their radio? They know about us already," Seriell snorted.
"Would have known, had I not shut it down tome theveral minuteth ago."

Barbed tendrils emerged from even the slightest shadows below and descended upon the dwarves. One yelped in horror as his gryphon flipped him off it's back and caught it in it's talons.

"By what I mean is that every day, every moment we wait and hold off an offensive, is another day the UUH is threatened. To add, it is another day that the infedels live," Laurel explained herself while savoring her words. She longed to kill another inferior race. How long ago was it that she had done such that? A day? Maybe two?
Forsaken soliders will be more fun to...play with than a family of dwarves.
She recounted her last prey, a family of dwarves, she met with just a few days ago.

Jaws pointed the titan-forged claymore at the tentacles and activated the runes. A hailstorm of unholy energy rippled out of the blade, devouring tentacles and dwarves alike with frightening speed.

Her servants were killed in their mindless frenzy without complaint, but they never stopped. She walked on the ground casually, yet she was still always there. She willed a dwarf out of existence herself, and continued to observe.
