The game is dying..slowly

If the game is dying, and slowly, someone should tell all the people who are coming back or just joining up now. If you are tired of the game, quit.

People do that on WoW forums too. People saying Rift launch was perfect are lying. People like you saying that everyone will QQ about rift and that it sucks are also lying. Stop trying to tell people what they will do, you can't see the future. IMO, neither game is that great.
Yarp.

im not saying wow sucks, but like I said if blizzard would care they could make the game much more fun....for example tol barad....it sucks compared to isle of quel danas.....
zones are cool but there could be more of them imo.....also just look at the dungeons there are like what...5 in cata...in wotlk there were 15 of them if not more....its just sad to see that blizzard doesnt care at all..instead they revamp the old content
Then quit; you are not happy with the game and rather then whine about it, stop paying the company that is making you unhappy. And yes,
only 5
.

ok u win 7 dungeons instead of 5 who cares...
Well, since you made a mention of it, obviously you do. And there were only 11 instances in Wrath at launch by the way; UP, UK, GD, AN, OK, NX, OC, HoS, HoL, VH and CoT, four more then Cata.
Edit: Oh, in BC there were 15 at the start of the Expansion.

I will be addressing the bolded parts.
In your own personal opinion, Isle of Quel'danas was better than Tol'barad. Most people would agree. However, the two are not of even remotely similiar design. Isle of Quel'danas was part of the Sunwell Plateau server-wide event, which had the main purpose of making the finishing raid in BC feel more epic. I think we can all agree Quel'danas was very well-made.
Now, Tol Barad (Or Wintergrasp, for that matter), are so called World PvP zones, designed as "open battlegrounds" which provides benefits to whoever wins the match. They also
grant
access to a certain raid (BH / VoA), as opposed to Isle of Quel'danas where the raid and dungeon were constantly available.
Tl;dr: The two cannot be compared as they fill different purposes.
First of all. There are
7
dungeons in Cataclysm. Not 5. There were
11
in WotLK, not 15+.
Now let's take a look at the raids. In WotLK we had 3 (4, counting Vault of Archavon), two of which had a single boss-encounter. You might also wish to notice that Naxxramas, the shall we say primary raid of the first tier, was/is a
revamped
raid. There were no differences between the Normal (10) and Heroic (25) versions of the raids aside from increased health and damage.
With Cataclysm, we have 3 (4, if you choose to count Baradin Hold) raids, of which one is a two-boss raid, one is a four-(Five on Heroic-mode)boss raid and one is a 6-boss raid. Now, there are still no difference between the 10- and 25-man versions, but you may wish to note that the Heroic versions bring considerable changes into play. The bosses have different mechanics, new abilities, and in one case you even get an additional boss.
Think about it, Blizzard had double the work with the raids in Cataclysm since they had to design every boss twice.
Now, I can't defend that there are only 7 dungeons as opposed to 11 in WotlK, but you need to look at the larger picture.
Tl;dr: There's more stuff than you think
Yeah, they revamped the Old Content. Most of it, too. Every ( I think, anyway ) dungeon recieved a major revamp with new bosses, teleporters, some (Hi BRD) were divided into several parts split over different levels to make it more (or less) enjoyable.
Every zone recieved big or bigger revamps, with loads of new quests, brand new NPCs, cooler quests (building an Abomination, anyone?) and a more epic feel.
I mean let's face it, after six years of the Old World looking exactly the same, it could really use the revamp. It had to be done. I'm sorry if you don't like it, but most of the community enjoys the new zones and questing that makes you feel like you're actually accompolishing something.
Tl;dr: They had to.

It sounds like you just need to find a new game. Most people are perfectly happy playing WoW right now.
QFT
I'm enjoying the changes with Cata. The only time I think WoW had a chance of 'dying' is in Wrath when we had a year of only ICC10/25/10H/25H and older raids from Wrath, TBC and Vanilla. I almost left to play DDO or LotRO till Cata. But anywho, back to the main topic at hand. The game has just hit another 'great depresion' so-to-speak. When Firelands gets out in 4.2 the game'll be back up and kickin'. I played RIFT for about 4 hours (not in a row) and immediatly deleted both my chars (Level 10s) because it was like a WoW v.5, sloppy gameplay and a hell load of other bad things. Only thing I liked was it was eye-candy with its graphics, that is it. GW2 as stated is more focused on questing and is more an RPG than MMORPG.

Oh look, it's these sort of thread again.
I really don't understand why, if people like Rift, or GW2, or whatever flavor-of-the-month MMORPG, can't they just go and play about it rather than whine about WoW in a WoW forum. It's like going to a bar mitzvah and complain loudly that they're not serving pork chops.
First of all, it's highly unlikely that Blizzard is monitoring wowhead for suggestions, so even if you're trying to improve WoW, you're at the wrong place.
Second, some sort of elaboration backed with hard data would be more palatable. Dungeon / zone X is "not fun"? Well, "fun" is in the eye of the beholder now, isn't it? I find PvP "not fun", but then again I'm playing an Elemental Shaman with little mobility; that doesn't mean that, if Blizzard didn't scrap PvP = WoW "dies".
And finally, people who says that Cataclysm didn't introduce new content is a) trolling, b) an imbecile, c) didn't play the game from level 1, d) bought the account with level 85s already in it, or e) a combination of the above. Although I wish BC and WotLK zones are updated, to say there's no or little "new content" is akin to saying Japan has a "slight problem" with schoolgirl-living Elder Gods.

...blizzard should really do something about the game...
Are you not aware of the sheer amount of 'new and improved stuff' in Cataclysm?

Obviously he's not, since the 7 new dungeons don't 'count'.

And it's like... fresh Cataclysm without any content patches yet.

Do certain Wowheaders wake up one day, have an opinion pop into their head and think that if they post it here everyone will agree and hold hands and sing 'Kumbaya'?
And then afterwards they log in to check their auctions.

I hold much hope for humanity, and I shall continue to somewhat pointlessly strive for people to display at least some form of intelligence.
But I think you are right, Adamsm.
