As for CB OH, id say no... Go with Assassins Blade or the PvP Dagger.
As for rings, if you can get the Meadow Rings of Eluding they rock socks, but hard to find.
You are going to want the PvP Trinket and 2 Arena Grand Masters as well. (The second AGM when PvP is on cooldown)
Enchant wise follow my armory, you may want 12 dodge rating over 3 agi but thats up to you. (i have 60%+ dodge so the 3agi was more appealing)

And for ranged you want either http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29584 or http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29201 (I use the Peashooter with Exploding Shot (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=3465 because i can crit 189 or up to 250 if i am buffed out, frost nova mage = dead)

If you can get the fishing boots with either dexterity or cats swiftness that is better then the fang boots / lynx
