I, Myself playing a restro druid on the 19 battles helped my in real life friend twink a hunter so i'll post his armory. Besides fishing gear he has some of the best gear, but alot of slacker enchants at the moment.
HuntardImprovments:The bracers should be enchanted with
9staminaThe hands should be 4/4 stats and enchanted with
15AgilityThe pants should be 5/5 stats instead of 5/4 (You can use
Nethercleft Leg Armor but we prefer the extra dps)
By having normal boots we cannot use
Boar's Speed nor
Cat's Swiftness but if you have
Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots that problem is solved.
Seal of Sylvanas is needed if horde and if you're Aliance
Seal of Wrynn is about the same.
The second ring can be
Blood Ring (If you want stamina),
Meadow Ring of the Monkey or of Agility is realy good. Or just the BG ring.
You should get a friend to ad a
3dmg scope through the trade window to the gun but there is none on our AH atm.
For trinkets I can ether recomend Arena Grand Master x2 works for the dodge rating but the use effect shares cooldown.

The
Mining bugg witch gives you 70stamina instead of 70 hp at 225 skill will be fixed in the next patch so it's not any idea of getting 225 at the moment.
Engineering is good if you're not going to get the fishing hat.
Hebalism has a HOT for 2000 if you have 450skill.
Skinning offers a huge crit chance (Think it is around 8% but not sure) at 450skill.
450 skill in the gathering proffesions is hard to get and you need to plan alot ahead but you will never regret it after getting it. So I only recomend it for a realy serious twink.
The most of the BOA gear is usfull but especialy the trinkets and the weapons in my opinion.
At the moment you will meet alot of warriors and retri-paladins who has the bugg sword that has some kind of hidden dps, I got it on my bank alt to try it out and he can crit for around 200 and more with crusader up.. And that's on level one, and rend will tic for alot at 19, around 170 not specced for it is what I've heard..
This kind of ruins pvp but try to kite 'em as much as you can :)
(For not letting this weapon ruin pvp even more I will not mention the name and I would appruciate if noone does it in this thread.)

DUH..... I use a rogue twink.... you couldn't feel the sarcasm dripping off that post? It's the typical hunter/rogue hatred..... lol.
I did not feel any sarcasm myself and what I said reflects my personal experiences of twinking. My first twink was a rogue and he could sure gank anyone who isn't twinked but he had some problems with other twinks.. Especialy hunters and mages since they can kite, and on my druid and warlock I've NEVER had any problems what so ever with rogues and that's why i think so :)
If they have good gear they can do some decent damage but still not the best imo.

also, the Imp Wing Clip is extremely good for kiting.
Also, make sure you get a pet boar, piggies are the best.
It looks okay, but since my friend is running with a healer 24/7 he speccs for more damage. But that's just situational
And I think you should get a spider for the net, more usfull in my opinion :)
