Phillip
Elwynn
Phillip had made his way out of the city, several sheets of paper bound together took position in his hand. It was translations of the necromancy book.
He made his way deeper and deeper into the woods, not wanting to be found. Once he was sure he was alone, the mage began flipping through the pages. "Should work on anything..." He muttered, glancing around. A young deer was the first thing he saw. "I'm sorry majestic beast. But this is for a good cause... I assure you..." He said, a frostbolt launching from his hand and smashing into the animal.
The beast fell over dead, quing a nod from Phillip as he flipped to the next page. "Okay then..." He nodded.

The old orc tapped Kitanga's chin, "Aht, chin up, back straight, just because your a farmer now doesn't mean you can't have some dignity."

Kitanga sighed and did her best to straighten up. While she
hated
the idea of being a slave, she was determined not to be broken. She'd keep her pride.

Dennis Hendricks
Stromguarde, Arathi Highland
"Can't believe I let them talk me into this." Dennis laughed as he stood across from a member of the Stromguarde guards in the arena. The bounty hunter swung his swords, both sheathed since this wasn't a duel to the death, and the guard merely gave him a terse nod but said nothing.
"Begin!" The announcer yelled and Dennis sprinted forward, blocking the first strike of the guard and swinging his sword around at the other human's blind side, hitting him hard in the shoulder. The man let out a yell of pain and threw an elbow at Dennis face, which he took, but turned with the blow to hit the guard with his other sword, striking him in the knee, pulling the blow at the last moment.
The guard went down and Dennis shuffled backwards, with a grin on his face. "Ready for round 2" He asked with another laugh.

Mel Arcanablade
Location: Arathi Highlands
Mel continued his chant, weaving the spell along the blade of his sword. Running his left hand along the blade he put the spell into affect, the arcane pulling out of his sword and wrapping around his body. The spell slowly settled into his body, Mel's legs were shaky, but he had a small smile on his face. Letting out a soft sigh he placed his hand back on his sword, the blade slowly began to glow a soft blue, rime covering the blade as he cast another spell, weaving it around his own body, the magic vanishing under his robes.
Mel stood there for a moment, breathing quietly to gather up his strength before picking up his sheath and putting his sword away, "Tae'sash...how do I know if it worked?" He remembered back to the auction, finding bits and pieces of the conversation in his mind.

Mel blinked for a moment, the spell going to work in his mind quickly, slowly the words crept into his mind,
You...tell...me...
The young magi paused for a moment, thinking for a moment, before the words came to his mouth, "
I...think so....
" he replied in Thalassian, his eyes widening for a moment, "It worked!" he said with a small smile, he stretched his his arms for a moment, "But it takes time to work right Tae'sash?"

Tae'sash Firebloom
Stromguarde, Arathi Highlands
"Yes it will." Tae said and patted the boy on his shoulder. "So, since you wanted this spell for a specific reason..." He trailed off, leaving the reason why quiet. "I'd suggest traveling back to the market, find an out of the way place, and just listen. Peoples of all races will be there, and you can give the spell some practice." He told him, and walked back over to the scroll cases, looking through them for any of the newer spells that Dalaran had decided to share with the other magi towers.

Mel nodded slowly, not wishing to go back to the dreadful place, "Right...." Although the elf was right, it would be the best place for the spell to take effect, "Later Tae'sash...." he said quietly, leaving the room and heading out of the magi tower, quietly shouldering his weapon as he returned to the market, the spell already starting to take effect as he walked into the slaver's market, he closed his eyes for a moment, letting the languages flow through him.

Tae waved absently as he heard the young man leave, already focused on the scrolls again. He mumbled a spell, conjuring a small thing to eat and a glass of chilled water.
Fascinating.
He thought as he settled down beside the room's fireplace to read his scrolls.

Mel had managed to crawl up onto one of the roofs in the market place, listening to the auctions and the sounds of the crowds. Slowly the words worked their way into his mind, getting a picture of the prior events. Mel bit his lip, feeling slightly ashamed with himself, he looked up into the sky, his view of the world was so small, so simple. He let out a sigh, flopping down on the roof, staring up into the sky in thought, "I wish I was stronger, no, I will become stronger...."

Phillip
Elwynn
Phillip fueled his magics into the dead deer, the arcane becomming necromantic in nature. The animal's skin peeled, cracked, and died as the beast was lifted off the ground and back to its feet.
It stood there, following Phillip's mental commands as it turned. It was simple, but it was undead. The mage stared, curious as he stopped feeding his magic into it. The deer fell lifeless again. The puppets needed a power source.
"I dare say, most interesting..." Phillip commented. His hand felt cold... but he ignored it.

Dennis Hendricks, Tae'sash Firebloom
Stromguarde, Arathi Highland
Dennis grinned as he collected his winnings from the arena master and sauntered off, whistling a merry bar tune to himself. He headed towards the Silk Arms, intending on getting one of the servers there to give him a massage or the like, as he was still sore from nearly the full day of fighting he had put in at the arena.
A few hours had passed since Mel had left the Tower, and Tae was on his 15th scroll, studying a new method of using frost energies in self healing, to set a break or seal up a cut.
Hm, I knew how to use fire to create a quick fix, but never considered ice as well.
He thought, his brow furrowed as he read deeper into the scroll.

((How would that work adams? I can't wrap my mind around it aside from numbing pain. I've actually given it thought before.))
Tharda Bloodfield
Arathi-Faldring Plantation
Thardra smiled at the raked piles and steadily put down seed, being careful in their placement. "When you plant you want to put them their length and a half of that deep into the soil.Too deep and they won't germinate, too shallow and they die."
She looked over sternly, "I want you to be clear on this. You are not a slave. As of now you a free citizen of the Faldring Highlands."
