Level 3 is about 0,5% of overall experience... :c
I know, still very valid for the 'can it be done' question.
Cheers.

I'm up to lv 20 guild solo. Was somewhere around 5-6 when guild xp switched to 60k/quest.

My update is that my old guild on Perenolde is now level 15, with my new guild on Venture Co. now level 13. I'm really focused on getting my Venture Co. one to 25, then moving it to a PVE server.
Cheers.

Already got level 25 but was not really excited about it... just cause there are so many things left to do: level other 3 classes to level 90, raise all Pandaria factions reputation to exalted on paladin, raise some of these factions reputation on some of my alts to get the recipes required for their professions, level secondary professions on all alts... All my 8 characters already can mount cloud serpent and have 16 slots on their farms, but gathering and planting things on all farms and doing dailies every day makes me really exhausted. Still so much work to be done...
Good job. Congrats.
My news is that I gave away what high level guilds I had.
Now I've started over and my guild is Level 6. I'm sure I'll get to level 25 eventually.
Cheers.

I'm not sure is this was covered anywhere in here, but as of MoP there *is* a faster way to grind to a level 25 guild!
I wrote a guide based on my approach, to take full advantage you need a lvl 80-82 druid with max flight speed, but you can still make it work with any class at lvl 80-82.
Please check it out:

Good job. Congrats.
Thank you!
My news is that I gave away what high level guilds I had.
Not quite sure what are the possible reasons to do that...
I re-booted and completely started over, giving away all my gold and guilds on my old account. I created a new account. That's why.
Cheers.

That's pretty interesting.
I certainly intend giving it a try when my guild just needs a couple more levels.
Can I just point out another potential use for your strategy? If you are lucky enough to get
Elixir of Ancient Knowledge
then using this strat on a character (especially a druid) would be very beneficial to optimize your XP per hour gain and ensure that you get the most out of the 1h 300% buff.
(With a level 74+ character of course.)

Hey guys. Just to let you know that I actually got my Alliance guild to level 25 on Saturday.
I started over in April, so it took about 6 months, but it's definitely doable. My Horde guild is level 4 and 73%. Maybe the question now is - Is it possible to level two guilds to 25 solo?

After 2 years my personal one-man guild has reached level 10 without making any great efforts to level it. If you utilise all the various XP buffs that are available from Pandaria rare drops, seasonal events, Darkmoon Faire etc it will help - but with the dramatic fall in the price of guilds being sold you would do better to just buy a level 25 guild. I have seen several sold on my realm for no more than 15k, sometimes less - which seems an absurdly low price, given the effort put in and the money spent on tabs.

This is more about the challenge than just having a level 25 guild.
To be honest I'd rather have a guild with the name spelt correctly and with correct use of capital letters, and of course that meant something to me, than an ex cesspit guild called YOLO SWAG BRAH.

As this thread got bumped, I thought I'd give an update.
I moved my level 25 guild from Venture Co to Draenor, so it left behind a new level 1 guild on Venture Co. I've been leveling that one up and am level 12. I think I'll have 2 level 25 guilds up over the next few months, completely solo.

lanky,
How do you get a character into the guild without another account, either yours or another persons, being that I have yet to figure out how to do so?
