..." Taoshien sung suddenly.
"But it's not really the point, nuh-uh. Call me a liar into my face if you want, but I want to befriend you," he said, enduring her gaze without flinching.

"It matters not. I vould remember it if it did. Vot matters is zat I hunger," Zerknirscht clenched his fist. Bones sprouted out of the back of his hand, forming an elaborate claw roughly the size of his head that covered the entirety of his hand.
