Why do most TANKS have such ATTITUDE?

The tank is the role that begins each fight, if this fails the whole pull will be a mess.
Is it so hard for the dps to wait for 3 secs 3 SECS FFS! so the tank get the aggro and then dance along with the mobs?
The tank is not watching recount and links on the chat how awsome he is , the tank is watching its health bar, when a dps comes to this state you see hundreds of dps runing around like crazy just because they are afraid to die...the tank has to be in this state during the whole run.
It would be a lot easier if dps used their threat loosing abilities like feign death/ice block etc if they pull by accident, but instead of that they run like chickens far away from the tank and they cry "Aggrooooo Taaank"... come near the tank u damn noob so u loose aggro since u r not capable to press a single threat loosing button...
playing as a tank only and loosing tank items by needy offspeccers creates also a dark side of you ready to offend every single mistake the grp makes...
having just 1 min in que u have a feeling that u r the boss too...since the majority of the players choose dps u r something rare and important...
ive played the mage for 4 years, never tanked, now i tank i saw a different game....

tanking gear has a drop rate close to illidans glavies and the feeling of offspeccers needing on them.
and as a tank i need to run thru the dungs a lot more than your avrage dps and im not alowed to be any form of undergeard unlike dps that got i blue crafted pvp gear in lfr/hot
meaning i have to run 5mans a lot more than dps and most dps want to get as good ilvl as fast as posible so that they can get carried in lfr/hot is realy anoying

i can understand if they want me to mark the mobs. But what upsets me is when i mark a mob and it's the last to die. As the tank i'm expected to do all the work while the dps just tab target and start their rotation regardless of what mob they happen to target, even if it's CC'd >_>
I probably wouldn't have an attitude when i tank if i actually got paid for all the baby sitting i had to do in LFD and LFR

3. Level of the group - This is the one I start getting a little rude. I have a level 24 twink protection paladin and its starting to get to the point that I don't like tanking on her. This is unfortunately because of the heirlooms syndrome. Basically at a low level with the group kitted out with heirlooms, they are less likely to listen as "chill man, we all outgear this stuff". The problem with that thinking is sometimes outgearing the content doesn't mean you are better than it. Case in point today, I was put in a stockades run where everyone was heirloomed out. The hunter kept running ahead and pulling, the healer was constantly running low on mana trying to keep him and me up. If the hunter hadn't had the false sense of security installed in him by his heirlooms then I wouldn't have had to run around like a madman trying to grab aggro, the healer wouldn't have had to stop for mana so much and the run would have gone faster.
Overall I try to be as nice as possible no matter what role I'm playing, but I will respond if someone else is behaving like a jerk.
It's funny i've had similar runs like this. While i was lvling my prot paly in full heirlooms i had people run ahead of me and pull more groups and of course you end up having to run around trying to grab agro on everything. So i tell them i'm more then willing to pull multiple groups just let me do it. but of course if their retarded their going to be retarded and do what they want. The nice thing is that my wife is generally the healer, so we just stand there and watch them die and don't res them. Then we just keep going. Sometimes they leave, and other times they res run back in and play right. But every now and then you get those idiots that don't learn and pull again and die again. sooo we just leave him there on the ground and move on.
sometimes people are just plain stupid and there's nothing you can do to change that. the stupid thing is i'll generally pull 3-4 groups at a time depending on what level the instance is. But if people start dpsing before i can grab all the groups i'm planning on grabbing then i have to just pull 1-2 at a time.
