Paikuuhan I think the point most people are making here isn't that LFR means your a horrible player, yadda yadda yadda, but that the difficulty has its niche'. What the OP hasn't realized is that niche' isn't about titles but to provide a stepping stone, show people content, and give them a rough idea what raiding is about.

In a due note, I dont care or want a title, I've always done things for my personal enjoyement, the title I always used is Imortal, just because I like it, not because I want to show it, this being said, I agree that LFR is crap easy, I've one shoted everything except DW back thingy (yh, I know), but I'm glad it's that easy, I've finished the damn thing in less then 1hour and a half, and that is time I can spend
Well, then you missed my point. You seem to realize that prize is equal to effort in case of LFR and that title isn't justified as one. My post was pointing out those who think that they deserve everything for very little or even no effort what so ever.

Casuals clear Normals/Heroic raids all the time! Never was there a tier that casuals could not complete. Spend the extra less than 30 minutes a WEEK clearing raids on heroic modes if you want the rewards!
Main part I disagree with. 30 minutes isnt going you push a guild from 6/8 to 4/8HM. And I've never seen a casual guild clear heroic content when it's the current raiding tier.

Why would LFR ever award a title? Essentially if your pug downs the boss in LFR you still came in third place as LFR is detuned to be easier then normal mode and far easier then heroic mode. Sorry guy no titles for third place.

you get just an achievement, that IS your bronze medal.

Raid mechanics are too hard and take too damn long to finish, even on normal.
Ok, we made LFR. Everything is scaled with a high margin of error. We even made normals pretty damn easy so the step up isn't so severe. No promises on heroics though...
We want amazing gear also!
No problem. The gear LFR drops is absurdly good. So much so one of the best guilds in the world was busted for exploiting, trying to get more of it.
I'm not in a guild so...
No problem. Even a group of strangers can beat LFR and if you have to leave you can pick up later.

A helpful post would be to compile all the differences in LFR encounters and normal in respect to nerfs/missing mechanics. If the goal is to "train up" would-be raiders they should have an idea of "OK, about this point the ice block would happen and we would need to break out"
Open the dungeon/raid guide
OR
Look up the "Encounter" tag on any boss HERE ON WOWHEAD
OR
Google any boss and you will get videos of the encounters and proper execution. (see: Fat Boss, L2Raid, TankSpot)
I'm not sure what else you could want? SOME ownership of learning mechanics HAS to be on the player. For god-sake this is still a game, meaning you are supposed to be challenged to some extent. Some of that challenge
is
learning the mechanics.
LFR isn't exactly a steep curve.
