Yeah, Healing Touch is not used much if at all for Resto Druids. But then again I don't see much value in speccing
Subtlety
since the only time a healer should aggro is on an unpinned mob. Or are there enough aggro situations in current raid content to justify 2/3 subtlety? Both talents seem completely niche use, the kind of talents that help you less than you can count on one hand.

Subtlety imo is a great resto talent to take up, with all your raids heals out their at one time its handy to know something is keeping the threat lower, also even if a tank is doing his/her job right 99% of the time that 1% could mean a wipe or a successful run, but hey thats just me, i didnt see anything better to choose for healing.

Subtlety is nice to have for places like HoR; if your HoTs are running while new adds spawn, it makes it much easier for the tank to pick up any mobs.

Subtlety may not be that great but the truth is that is' more useful than Naturalist. Even with a .2 or .3 second reduction in cast time, you shouldn't ever be casting HT.

20/30% reduction in threat is better than .2/.3 reduction in cast time on a spell you will never use unless it's with Nature's Swiftness. Plus, on a fight like Valithria, I'm pulling up to 5k threat per second when I'm doing ~35k hps on the boss. Thank you Subtlety.
