Anyone know what the spell haste rating in 2.3 works out to in terms of increased casting speed?

Perfect, thanks. Doing some calcs to compare all this new spell haste gear that's come out with 2.3

Just keep in mind, from what I read, 100% spell haste = 50% reduction in casting time. Don't ask me :) But it's on the EJ forums which tend to be a good source.
