This is not a known issue. I have no idea why it would cause your Internet Explorer to crash, so let's troubleshoot :) It uses the same code these forums and every other area of Wowhead uses so if you're able to post here--which you are--it should work completely fine. Are you talking about loading
http://www.wowhead.com/transmog-sets
or a specific set? What version of IE are you using? Do you use any addons?(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##Ashelia##DELIM##

We need more troubleshooting.
I use IE9 and I don't crash on going to the link.
What version of IE9 are you using? (cogwheel -> About IE)
For reference I'm using version 9.0.8112.16421, update version 9.0.6

I wonder, would you check to see if your browser is running any addons/extensions and if it is disable them all - even if they seem completely innocuous - and then try again.

It really sounds like you're having an issue with JavaScript period... this hasn't been reported by any other users, so it's most likely on your end. I really want to try to help you more, but I don't really have any suggestions besides our site is built on JS so possibly you have an addon or something interfering with that :/

Darkcrypt, you might try using another browser and seeing if that fixes the problem. There are several out there that are free to install (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc) and that work a little differently than Internet Explorer, so they may not have the same error.
