Anyone know where I can find a good iCal (or someway to import the info into my google calendar) for all the world events?
The Blizzard Armory use to support this, but doesn't look like they will ever again.
I don't care about seeing my raids, I know when I raid.
I'm just after general public info stuff "Children's Week" etc, the option of showing DMF, fishing and PvP weekends would be a bonus.
...hoping there's a fansite one out there... so I don't have to make it myself. :P

Because people can totally just log in anytime they feel like it. An online calender is MUCH easier to use.

All events are always up on the calendar; you can look at the next month and find them when you have 5 minutes of free time.
Also: when you log into the Warcraft site, it gives you a section that does say "Upcoming events" that lists both game and guild created ones, as your own personal list. So yes: If you have five minutes to post on a forum, you have the same amount of time to look things up in game or on the World of Warcraft website =P.

Thing is, nobody can remember everything. Having a constantly updated calender online, without having to log in, is so much easier.

Not going to disagree.

I'm not gonna disagree with what you said about World of Warcraft website, but if he wanted to check them on any computer or a mobile device, logging into WoW is not an option :P
