Fori is slightly incorrect.
The cap for each character and guild bank is 999,999g 99s 99c.
This means that with 10 characters and 10 guild banks you could potentially have 19,999,999g 99s 80c on a single server.

This is correct. However, when MoP comes out, this will increase by an additional character and guild bank.

I think that is incorrect. Guild banks are capable of holding somewhere around 2^64 copper.
Edit: Balls nvm it got changed for some strange reason. I know it used to be far higher than the original gold cap.

I didn't notice your edit at first... and got me wondering because I agreed with him based on the fact that my beta guild has the 999,999g 99s 99c but then started wondering if that changed on beta and Live maybe had a higher limit, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
At least you corrected yourself Interest, some don't even bother ;)
