Passive health in Mists of Pandaria

As most of u might have noticed, the common health of a player leaped from Wrath of the Lich Kings' around 40k hp for a tank to about 180k hp for a tank in Cataclysm. What kind of leap are we expected to see in Mists of pandaria? If anyone has any ideas please comment also since it quadrupled last time wouldnt it make sense to quadruple this time? Maybe to 720k?

I do wonder if we'll go back to stacking stamina in Mists - in Wrath, you sometimes judged how geared or ready for content a tank was based on his HP. In Cataclysm, where we usually gem for Mastery, we could be walking around with possibly tanks of 210k + health unbuffed, but since we don't consider stacking stamina to be the right option anymore, we don't. In wrath, if we had mastery and dungeons were more like cataclysm dungeons, we wouldn't have seen tanks of 40k, in any likelihood.
We'll probably be around 400-500k at level 90 before getting gear from heroics/raids. Whether we stack stamina or avoidance with that gear is going to dictate if we'll see tanks with 600k health or 520k health, in my opinion.

More then likely not; right now in Beta, all of the tanks are trying to get the best they can out of their other stats; after all, stacking stamina does nothing when the Boss can still rip your health apart after 5 hits(or even the random quest mobs at times).
