Taurens look awesome in plate, and War Stomp is a rather handy ability to have in PvP situations.

As a tank orcs are cool looking and are immune to stun and such which helps for pvp as well

Orcs and tauren are the most thematical, but I will be making a pandaren warrior. I love their animations.
If you're looking for racials, the information is readily available -- tauren might be slightly better as tanks, orcs are slightly better for DPS, and the PVP racials are there for you to choose from.
If you're looking for themes, well... decide for yourself. =)

Hello thebestperson!
While I dont play a warrior, Horde nor Alliance, I'll give you my input.
I think lookwise you'll want to play a male. Female models are almost all very slender and skinny compared to male ones, tauren female being the only exception. My recommendation for you is orc. Orcs are the OG Horde race which are muscular without hunching at all. Plate armor fits perfectly for them and their animations are not as clunky as taurens. If looks are not important to you then you'll propably like the "free trinket" racial, bonus to axes and fist weapons (even if the latter one are more rare for warrior usage) plus reduced stun duration.
Best regards,
Orc male rogue player

PvP you got undead, goblin and orc.
Undead: Extra fear removal, very nice cannibalize heal and shadow resistance.
Goblin: Extra leap which can be REALLY handy in PvP, don't overlook this. With intercept out of the way, anything to get us there is really nice. Use this before using heroic leap to get the cooldown up again quicker. With some practice, which you will get while leveling and gearing up in BGs, you will quickly master this ability.
Orc: Axe racial, AP use, stun reduction. Just a good class for anything really. They have good DPS racials and the stun reduction aint to shabby. Tank wise not so fantastic, but you are focusing on PvP anyway
Overall I'd say Orc is by far the easiest as most of it is passive and the AP-use can be binded to other cooldowns.
Then I'd probably have to say undead as second easiest with just another fear removal (and some might chose to use a DPS trinket as undead instead of PvP trinket). And cannibalize has been known to turn the fight. Shadow resistance for removing some of the sick dot cleaves or shadow priest burst.
And as the hardest, goblin. Perfecting leap is hard, specially in tight situations, but it can get you that last distance you need for the kill, or an escape for heals. If I could chose, I would take goblin. Gives another fun and very good skill. Can't DPS when they are out of range, right?
I have not included Tauren, because personally I think they are kinda meh. The stun could be good though if you are after an interrupt I would probably take blood elf - No GCD, no cast time, sexier jumps - tauren stun is really more defensively. Nature resistance? Meh, I encounter more warlocks and shadow priest than EleShammies and balance druids. So if resistance was a dealbreaker, Id go undead.

More important than any racial- pick what you like the look of. You're going to be staring at your character for hours on end, if you don't enjoy the cosmetics you're not going to want to play. That said, I like Male Orcs for hordeside warriors.
