Im trying to find out if there is any item (weapon, armor, trinket, potion... whatever) that gives "last until cancelled" stealth and its not a part of a quest. I mean any kind of stealth like shadowmeld or prowl... dynamic or static.
If not steal per se, what is the most aproximated one?
I would really thank some info here. I have been looking for it on Wowhead's database but got nothing so far. Thanksss

Krennan's Potion of Stealth
is the only "lasts until cancelled" item I could find - but it's for a quest, and Alliance Worgen only.
Stealth Field Generator
is a Horde-only item for a quest.
Lesser Invisibility Potion
and
Invisibility Potion
are consumables that last 15 and 18 seconds, respectively.
Gnomish Cloaking Device
is the Engineer-only trinket Entropy was referring to, lasting 10 seconds.
It's probably better to use one of the class-specific abilities, like the Mage's
Invisibility
, Rogue's
Stealth
, Druid's
Prowl
, or Hunter's
. Then you can use a potion or item to buff the ability, decreasing likelihood of detection by increasing the strength of the ability (rather than creating the ability out of nowhere).

Potions of invisibilty are the best. I used to use them to stealth past bosses to the final area to farm Anzu.

How many did you need?

None. The first boss in Sethekk hall has truesight (he can see through stealth/invisibility, rendering an invisibility potion useless). If you walk along the very edge of the room you won't aggro him.

The packs before him prior to being 85 (an expansion ago, WotLK era) are what I was talking about and they're in the boss' room everywhere. You could use a couple and skip all the trash in the entire instance which was nice when playing on an undergeared character.
No reason to be so dismissive and say none.(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##Ashelia##DELIM##
