Tanking is fairly simple for DK's, Use a macro to cast Death Grip and Dark Command at the same time to engage single mobs such as bosses or to pull in those pesky casters. For AoE, open with DnD then use Outbreak + Pestilence to get you're diseases spread out to all the enemies then use abilities like Heart Strike and Blood Boil to keep you're aggro up on all the mobs, Death Strike to give you a bit more survivability with the self-heal, and Rune Strike for massive Aggro on a single target. As for single target tanking it's basically the same, pull with your macro, diseases with Outbreak (No pestilence unless there are adds that need to be picked up), Rune strike (When available), Death Strike (as often as you can), and Heart Strike. Make sure to pop Dnd and Blood Boil if and adds spawn that you need to pick up. It should go without saying, but do make sure you're in Blood Presence. Use Bone Shield for extra damage reduction, Icebound Fortitude to avoid stuns, and in a dire situation you can pop Lichborn and Self-Cast Death Coil on yourself for heals. A macro to use Vampiric Blood and Rune Tap at the same time is a good thing, it helps you and gives the healer an easier time.
Now on to your gear, You want to reforge things into mastery as much as possible, Mastery grants you a stronger Blood Shield when you use Death Strike, Blood Shield is a major damage reducer so more mastery is always better.
A quick rundown of your gear and how it should be reforged:
Helm: Lose the dodge, if it won't let you put more into mastery then just leave it un-reforged
Neck: Take the crit and put it in Mastery
Shoulders: Restore it then lose the dodge in favor of Mastery
Cloak: Restore then leave it that way(You should never lose mastery in favor of something else)
Chest: Okay there
Bracers: Also okay
Hands: Fine
Belt: Fine
Legs: Alright
Feet: Restore, lose Expertise for Mastery
Rings: Both are okay
Trinks: They're decent, you'll want to replace them seeing as they're DPS trinks though
Weapon: Fine
Relic: Dodge for Mastery
Enchants you want and need:
Head: Arcanum of the Earthen Ring
Shoulders: Greater Inscription of Unbreakable Quartz
Back: Enchant Cloak – Protection
Chest: Enchant Chest – Greater Stamina
Wrist: Enchant Bracer – Dodge
Hands: Enchant Gloves – Greater Mastery
Belt: Ebonsteel Belt Buckle
Legs: Drakehide Leg Armor
Feet: Enchant Boots – Lavawalker (the run speed is very useful)
Weapon Rune of the Stoneskin Gargoyle
Now for the Gems:
Meta: Austere Shadowspirit Diamond (or whatever you can afford so long as it starts with Austere)
Red: Fine Lava Coral (Same as above just make sure the first word is the same, goes for all of these
Yellow: Fractured Lightstone
Blue: Puissant Elven Peridot
Prismatic: Nightmare Tear
