well you should have sent a mail too wowhead feedback, and still should. so they can handle this issue with you.
I was also second place. I shortly received an email from a gentleman at ZAM asking my address and such. I received my Champions deck quite awhile ago.
In your case, email Wowhead feedback. If you never tell them, they can't fix it.
As suggested, you should contact us at to explain this possible oversight.
