There's no visual sex differences on druid froms, and for Moonkins haircolor/skin color does nothing for the color of the form, there are only differences from what race you choose e.g. Troll Moonkin form is red/blackish and Night Elf some blueish color. Cat and Bear form however do change color depending on what hair color and skin color you choose.
Google got an image search too, with lots of pictures of all forms for all races.

Hey there! Welcome to World of warcraft! =D. It's awesome that you are choosing a druid, that was one of my first choices too. =D You really can't go wrong being a druid and all, It's a really fun and unique class! For the alliance you have your Night elves and the Worgen, their moonkin form is VERY similar, almost to where you won't notice the difference. If you take a look at this picture

You can obviously tell there isn't much difference xD. The one on the right is Night Elf and the one on the left is Worgen. The sex of the character does not effect any druid forms but the race does. The alliance races druid forms will be different from the horde races druid forms also. And both races on each side has different forms. For example, the Worgen cat bear and flight form is different from the Night Elf's. And that goes the same way for the Troll and the Tauren. But seal and travel form look the same for all races. I'm actually starting out another druid toon =D. If you change your hair color it will change your beast's color. I hope you have a swell experience playing WoW, alliance, and the druid. =D.

Are you sure Worgen and Night Elf flight forms are different? I've been both and don't recall a difference.

Worgen is more brown in its body feather while Night Elves are blue/purpleish.
