Gear-wise:
yes
, but....
Tanking is about more than just gear... your iLvl is high enough, so don't worry about it too much.
There's a lot of 'undergeared' videos on the web with ppl doing raids in all blue gear (back in ICC).
Just make sure you know what to do in certain fights so do your homework. Trust me, you will be more confident if you've watched some tanking vids (youtube em) on the bosses and read up on fight tactics. Maybe set up a raid yourself with people you know so the pressure of a random group of ppl bashing you is gone.
Check out guides and read up on mobs and tactics, IMO gear is not the problem!

You get CTC by getting more mastery. That means gemming properly, enchanting your gear, using tanking trinkets (the VP one is excellent and only needs 1.5 weeks of VP to buy).
Read

This is still near the top of the page, so I want to make the comment that Paladins (and Warriors) are no longer capable of reaching CTC.
Dodge, parry, and miss are on one combat roll table.
Block is on second combat roll table.
Instead of CTC, we're not presented with active mitigation, which is bolstered through Mastery and activated via Shield of the Righteous
If someone doesn't beat me to it, and I get the free time, I'll be writing something up that is 5.0.4 accurate (or whatever they do between now and then).
